I. OVERVIEW

What:

A Body Transformation Challenge organized as a multi-week fitness boot camp.

Objective:

To Retail, Recruit, and Retain new Herbalife customers and distributors by building a relationship through 4 weeks of commitment working together to reach the individuals health and wellness goals.

This will include:

1. Determining the primary objective of what each client wants to accomplish.

2. Explaining and assigning accountability partners within the camper group.

3. Assessing the client through a wellness evaluation as well as a fitness evaluation.

4. Educating the client on societal nutritional trends and what it is causing.

5. Sharing the clients’ personal results with them and explaining what their numbers mean.

6. Teaching our clients the importance of cellular nutrition and sharing our own story.

7. Product integration throughout the 4 weeks and sampling of Shake, Tea and Aloe.

8. Tracking and creating a detailed, well-packaged story for your client focused on Before and After.

The schedule:

1. 2 weeks of Marketing and Promoting.

2. 4 weeks of actual workouts, meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 6:30am and 6:00pm.

3. 1 week for a Post-Recognition Party Held the Wednesday after final assessments 6:00pm

Why Are We Unique?

1. What is different about the 24FIT 4 week challenge than any other fitness class or fit camp?

2. We are HERBAIFE!!! The time has to be AWESOME!!!

Goals:

1. Losing weight, gaining lean muscle and getting the body you desire … Let’s get real here

2. 80% Nutrition, 20% Workout, 100% mindset.

II. PRE-ORIENTATION MEETING

1. Coach Commitment and Enrollment

a. Pre-Orientation Meeting to be held the weekend prior to the Sunday Orientation. There must be enough time for promotion

b. Get Commitments and Assign All Coach At Least 1 Week Prior To Registration

c. Use the Roles Assignment forms below to manage Coach Roles.

d. Each Coach will donate $10 to the prize pool, 1 box of Hydrate, 1 box of H3O and 1 box of LiftOff

2. Coach Requirements

a. Must participate in a) Sunday Orientation to both at 9am and 4pm and b) as a coach, the first week, Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, and at least once a week during the next 3 weeks at boot camp, in order to have your distributors, customers or guests participate.

b. You may participate as a camper even if you do not participate in the Orientation or as Coach in the ongoing 24FIT Challenge.

3. 24FIT Challenge Boot camp

a. Arrive 30 minutes early for a quick pep rally

b. Park away from the building to leave plenty of space for the new campers

c. Wear your 24 shirt and carry your Herbalife 24 water bottle

d. Make sure you store all your personal belongings in your locker

e. Slam a Liftoff with Prepare to get you in the zone!

f. Make sure you have all your tools required to complete your roll and double check that you have your clip board ready for campers to sign in

g. Start greeting every single camper with high-fives, WELCOME, and ask their name!

h. Make them feel right at home

4. Leadership Roles - Head Coaches responsibilities include:

5. 24FIT Camp Culture Requirement:

a. Never disrespect another coach

b. Never disagree or argue a point with a coach during a FIT Challenge event

c. Never call a coach out in front of others

d. Never heckle, push, or rush a coach in front of others

e. Always support every coach.

f. DO NOT TAKE ANOTHER COACHES PARTICIPANT. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER THEY WANT TO WORK WITH YOU. DO NOT DO IT. EVER.

g. Be engaged/not grouping up to chit chat. We are there to support the campers, encourage them, help them with their form

III. LET THE CHALLENGE BEGIN

ORIENTATION DAY (Sunday)

1. Registration Setup

a. Open house style from 9am-Noon and 4pm-6pm

b. Prepare signage for each station identifying what the station is for and order.

c. Complete form, sign in on master sign in sheet and complete each assessment station.

d. Assembly Line Style. All coaches there are all jacked up on tea and lift off

2. Man Stations:

a. Station #1: Greeter will use master sign in sheet. Welcome to the club, who’s your coach? Who invited you here? Dave is going to be your wellness coach.

b. Station #2: Fill out basic info and wellness questionnaire

c. Station #3: Before Photos with Participant Number

d. Station #4: Measurements

e. Station #5: Body Composition Scan

i. Scale used: Tanita-1000

ii. Don’t give campers their numbers. Keep lines moving. The coach at station #5 will file them in coaches folder

f. Station #6 Departure announcements

i. You’re going to find out your numbers this week.

ii. Monday and Wednesday are mandatory to complete

iii. Give Calendar with schedule

iv. Review Guidelines & Code Of Conduct Document

1. What to expect, what to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, 3-5lb hand weights

2. Tell them where they should park

a. All Coaches are responsible for getting their customers and guests registered. Thus each coach must process their participants as they come including getting them added to the Assessment Master List.

III. LET THE CHALLENGE BEGIN

BACK AT CLUB (Except for Day 2: Wednesday, Measurement Day, and Party Day)

1. Back At Wellness Center (Hosted by Head Coach!)

a. During the first 15 minutes:

i. Welcome everyone and get them jacked up!!!

ii. Celebrate and congratulate everyone for making it through FIT Challenge!

iii. Re-introduce the coaches!!

iv. Have everyone introduce themselves to the person next to them.

v. Go around and pick 3 people out of the crowd ask them (celebrate them as you do it):

1. Did you like the challenge today?

2. For first day, what was your mile time? How many sit ups? How many pushups?

3. What was your favorite part?

4. Are you going to bring friends?

vi. Shot time!!!

vii. Get 3 Product testimonials

b. Next 30 minutes: Mingle

i. Let everyone mingle

c. Last 15: Close the evening out.

i. Thank everyone for coming

ii. We’ll see you the next 24FITchallenge and for people interested in coaching the orientation will be tomorrow at 10am to 11:15 tomorrow morning!

iii. Good night!

DAY #1 (Monday) Assessments

AGENDA: 6:30AM and 6:00PM

1. Camp begins at precisely at 6:30AM and 6:00PM, coaches required 30 minutes prior to start.

2. Sign In

3. Blow the whistle and get everyone to group in together

4. Welcome Everyone!

5. Group Picture (Do group pictures at the beginning to incentivize people to be ON TIME)

6. Give quick Introduction of all of the coaches and point out HEAD COACHES. BE EXCITED!

7. The rest of the team is the megaphone; they’re working toward encouraging and helping you

8. Before starting the assessment make announcements:

a. “The coaches that here today are here for you! We’re here to help you achieve your goals, but we’re going to need your commitment. It’s not just a coincidence that you’re here today, there’s a reason. You we’re willing to sacrifice to get what you want!”

b. “Your wellness coach is the one who invited you! Know who your wellness coach is and have their contact information!”

c. “There is a complete calendar of 24FIT challenge activities including 2 special event extreme challenges. Check the calendar at the wellness center or ask your wellness coach how to get the calendar! And you can also ask your coach about the extreme challenges.”

d. “So let’s talk about commitment! When you come, you NEED to be on time. We’re committing to you to be here on time, we need you to be here on time. “

e. “Did anyone not make it to the Sunday orientation? Ok, if not you’ll want to make sure to come back to the wellness center with us right after today’s assessment to get you registered for the challenge.”

f. Talk about parking. “Don’t park . Do park ”

g. Talk about children. “Parents you may bring your children but they must be attended by an adult at all times. During the workout they must remain next to you. No exceptions!”

h. “Over the next 4 weeks, you’ll have a one on one with your coach. How many of you want to know your numbers??? Not today. You get to see those on Wednesday.”

i. “Monday and Wednesday this week are REQUIRED. If you miss either of those, you will not be able to be eligible for challenge prizes.”

j. “After we finish the assessment today we will review your assessment numbers and assign you on Wednesday to teams – TRANSFORMERS or UNSTOPPABLES.”

k. “And Wednesday will be a 90 minute class so plan accordingly!”

l. “Also this Wednesday is WACKY WEDSNESDAY, so the theme is ________________

m. “You will need a jump rope and hand weights by this Friday!! Don’t forget!

9. Discuss 4 week 24FIT Challenge

a. Alright everyone, this is officially the first day of the 4 week challenge. Today we will be doing the assessment. Today’s assessment with include walking, jogging, or running the mile. You pick. Go at a pace that you are ok with. We will also be timing how many pushups and sit-ups you will do with one minute.”

b. “Starting Wednesday you can expect the boot camps be core body exercises. And, we have 2 speeds, TRANSFORMERS which is beginner and intermediate, and UNSTOPPABLES which is advanced. You may pick which works better for you.”

c. “Ok, let’s talk about the assessment today! Campers! This is ABOUT YOU. If you came with your friends, AWESOME, but this is about you. Don’t linger back and wait for your friends. You need to go at your own pace and as hard as you can. Remember your time as you are coming through the finish line.”

d. “If you finish early stay and finish and cheer everyone on. NEVER LEAVE ANYONE BEHIND. Treat them like you would like to be treated.”

e. “Now let’s talk about time keeping on the mile. Campers! The Time keeper will yell out your time. You are responsible for remembering your time. The coach tracking the numbers will call out to report your numbers to them. It will be the same for pushups and sit-ups. Remember your counts!”

f. “When we are done with the assessment DO NOT LEAVE WE HAVE IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO GO OVER. And! After boot camp today we are going back to the wellness center to celebrate!”

g. “After you have completed your assessment get with your coach and determine your goal for these next for weeks. Where do you want to be with mile time, pushups & sit-ups? Put your goals on the wall. You have this wall. Commitment to yourself.” It’s a goal wall with a STAR they declare.

h. “All during the 24FITchallenge you want to continue to declare and share your goals with others! Let everyone know! Be specific!”

10. Say Hello!

a. “Alright, before we get started I want everyone to take a moment to look around and say hello and introduce yourself to at least 3 or 4 people you don’t know.”

b. “Ok great! Next I want you to find your push up and sit-up buddy. You find that person when its times for the pushups and setups.”

c. “And finally, if you can, find an accountability partner so that you both make the commitment to each other to be here! This is important to inspire each other to make it!”

d. “Ok great! Now it’s time to get started to I’m going to turn it over to workout coach, coach _________.”

11. Start Assessment

a. Everyone do 5 minutes of warm up and stretching

b. The Mile Run

i. HEAD COACH announces “when you cross the finish line your time will be called out to you. Don’t forget it!!”

ii. Head to starting line for mile walk/jog/run. Assigned coaches will call out times as each participant crosses finish line.

iii. They do the Mile Run

iv. Have a second timer for people who come late.

c. Sit-ups, Pushups

i. HEAD COACH blows whistle and gets to the mats. “When I blow the whistle to stop, remember your sit-up and push-up counts!!”

ii. Have everyone return to the mats with their partner. If someone does not have a partner, HEAD COACH directs a coach to assist that participant.

iii. They do I minute sit ups then

iv. 1 minute push ups

12. End Assessment

a. Report Your Numbers To Reporting Coach Who Is Logging Your Numbers

13. HEAD COACH Blow whistle and group up for Final announcements – “Heads-up! Listen Up!!!”

a. Acknowledgment and recognition

i. New participants

ii. Pick someone out who really struggles and celebrate them (be sure to address every ones hard work)

b. Daily announcements of upcoming events

i. “Ok first, don’t forget, and hydrate! Focus--- water, water, water...switch out the coffee and soda and start hydrating your body.”

ii. “And I want to remind everyone that as hard as we work out here, it’s all about good nutrition. It’s 80% nutrition and 20% everything else!”

iii. “Alright! Now, I am sure many of you would like to bring more people like your friends or family. We encourage this – bring everyone. AND! Remember, that any new people you bring can participate but they won’t be eligible for the 24 FIT challenges. Challenge prizes are reserved only for those who registered at the Sunday orientation.”

iv. For Wednesday

1. “Alright, for Wednesday…”

2. “We will be meeting at and training at WELLNESS WORKS, where you registered at the Orientation. If you don’t know where that is ask a coach!”

3. “Don’t’ forget to bring your yoga mat, water.

4. And we want you to bring 1 or 2 photo/magazine cutout/print off internet of ‘your why’. Really think about for a minute. What is it that when you think about it, it truly will motivate you to get out of bed. Why do you want to be better, be healthy, improve yourself, live longer?”

a. “For example, you’re Children, husband or wife, lost loved ones. You want to find love, you want to travel to a particular place, compete in a particular sport, and a big upcoming life event...you get the idea.”

b. "After every difficulty or struggle, ask yourself 2 questions: ‘what did I do right?’ and ‘what would I do differently?’"

14. Deliver positive quote for the day.

a. QUOTE (Example)--" Beginnings are a wonderful thing, they're free, they’re full of possibilities, and everyone gets a new one everyday. Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and create a new ending. What will you do with yours?" You may use any inspirational quote – Jim Rohn recommended

2. COACHES POST MEETING

1. After camp on Monday, coaches will review evaluation numbers and fitness assessment results and assign each participant the appropriate team TRANSFORMERS or UNSTOPPABLES

2. Fill out run time into evaluation sheets, product suggestions, and certain areas of interest that the campers checked off. Have them neatly sorted ready to hand out on Wednesday.

3. Critical Follow up

a. Each coach should call their invited participants that didn’t show up and find out why.

i. Is someone else stopping them from coming? Is this other person more important than your dreams? Is this person in their ear?

b. Email, Call or Text those that did show to congratulate them for coming.

DAY #2 (Wednesday)

AGENDA: 6:30AM and 6:00PM

1. Everyone shows up outside the nutrition club for 24 FIT Challenge Boot camp and sign in as usual

2. Club is locked up.

3. INSIDE: INSIDE HEAD COACH is inside with Coaches:

a. Setting up PowerPoint presentation

b. Making tea

c. Getting the music cranked

d. Inside Coaches are forming a gauntlet to run participants through to amp them up.

4. OUTSIDE: OUTSIDE HEAD COACH is outside with several Coaches:

a. Getting everyone warmed up and stretched for a quick walk or jog around the block.

b. “We’re going to stay outside. Everyone warm up, we are going to go for a little walk or jog, while the coaches are inside preparing something special for you!”

c. “Stretch and relax, we are working the most powerful energy in your body today, your mind!”

d. “Leave your mats here; Coach (Name) will be watching them. Or put them in your car for now.”

e. HEAD COACH leads everyone around the block. Have a WALK Coach and a RUN coach help.

f. Do not go far…

g. Outside coaches join the gauntlet as they return.

5. OUTSIDE: OUTSIDE HEAD COACH start to pump up the curiosity in the campers!

a. “Are you ready for my favorite day ever?”

b. “We’re going to work the most under worked muscle!” (their brain)

6. INSIDE THE GAUNTLET: The music starts pumping up! Strobe lights on, whistles blowing,

a. INSIDE HEAD COACHES lead participants through the gauntlet!

b. All coaches are hi fiving everyone through the gauntlet! Pack them in.

7. Product Introduction: SERVING COACHES

a. Product Introduction - Herbal Tea Concentrate. Pass out tea to all the campers.

b. After everyone gets settle in and has a tea turn off the music and begin introduction.

8. Hand Out Numbers:

a. HEAD COACH, “These papers are YOUR numbers” Keep these to yourself. Don’t worry about where you are at right now. Let’s focus on what we can do to make it better. Please shut off your cell phones and give us your full attention. Follow along as we cover these numbers.”

9. PRESENTER: Power point presentation begins:

a. Objective with presentation:

i. Gets to the heart of why the coaches are here and what we are up to

ii. Give them a positive feeling about Herbalife

iii. Scare them healthy by showing them their numbers and where they stand

iv. Get in their hearts. It may hit some of them hard, but when their WHY is so great, they get it REAL clear.

v. Make sure to deliver a powerful, impactful presentation.

vi. This is your opportunity to really show your passion about why you are a wellness coach and the importance of what we do.

vii. Be CLEAR and VERY FORWARD about the dangers of what some of the really high numbers represent. Let them add notes to themselves if they need to during the presentation.

b. Show PowerPoint presentation:

i. Explain what their numbers represent.

ii. “Everyone has someone in their life they wish were here. Someone they want to help and we’re going to explain what’s up in America and what we’re up to here.”

iii. Talk about what’s commonly been tried. Wake them up.

iv. “Picture this; it’s your neighbor, your kid, where do you fall in these numbers.” Showing weight, category and what does it mean? Body fat, Visceral Fat, what does it mean?”

v. “You can take this and pretend it is not real, and you have a chance to work with you to make a change.”

vi. “You might have thought we are vitamin sales people, but let us tell you about what we’re all about.”

vii. End Presentation

c. Pitch The Wall Board

i. “Think seriously about what your “why” is for being here? We invite you to bring in a picture or photo and add them to the wall of dream boards. Also a definite goal on one of the yellow stars. Be clear on your goal.”

d. Testimonials:

i. While people are in line for their numbers, have each wellness coach give their testimony and pouring on their passion of why we are here and let the participants get connected with the coaches on a deeper level.

ii. “Who else is in the room has had a result from the Herbalife products? Share your story”

e. Open Up For Smoothies:

i. “We still have to take your numbers and schedule a 1 on 1 with your coach, but right now we are going to talk about FUELING RIGHT, after a workout.

ii. “IF you’re not getting something in right away, you’re throwing a ton away. How many of you have spent money on a gym? This 24FIT Challenge is FREE!!!”

iii. “While we are getting your numbers if you want to order an Aloe, Tea, and Smoothie to be FUELED RIGHT, now is the time!

f. Get their numbers:

i. Direct everyone to start getting their numbers.

i. “Ok, so after you get your numbers get with your coach right now and schedule your 1 on 1. If the coach who invited you is not here, no problem. They will be contacting you to set up your 1 on 1.”

ii. Collect the Wellness Evaluation sheets as the participants leave and try to schedule several 1-on-1’s with as many participants that week if possible.

g. Assign To TRANSFORMERS and UNSTOPPABLES

iii. Assign To TRANSFORMERS and UNSTOPPABLES

iv. Also explain to them about the 2 groups, TRANSFORMERS and UNSTOPPABLES and why they have been assigned to one or the other.

10. HEAD COACH Closing:

a. Daily announcements of upcoming events

i. “Ok campers, we are going to wrap up with this...”

ii. “We have an Herbalife Business Opportunity Meeting . Feel free to join us if you are interested in learning about that. We would love for you to come just to tell us your product testimony.”

iii. Promote the first 24FIT EXTREME CHALLENGE. (It should be scheduled and flyers available)

iv. For Friday

1. “Alright, for Friday’s boot camp…”

a. “We will be training at , where you were timed in the mile on Monday. If you don’t know where that is ask a coach!”

b. “Don’t’ forget to bring your yoga mat, jump rope, hand weights, and water for the boot camp!”

c. “Think about your goals for this next camp.

d. Who are you bringing?!!!”

e. “Also, if you want to bring some more people like your friends or family. We encourage this – bring everyone. AND! (Special Note: All Wednesdays should be promoted as Wacky Wednesdays where each Wednesday has a different theme such as Cowboy Wednesday, Neon Wednesday, Superhero Wednesday. Can be any fun and easy to do theme)

Camp begins at precisely at 6:30AM and 6:00PM

1. Get Set Up:

a. Sign everyone in!

b. Split into groups, TRANSFORMERS with Coach (Name) and UNSTOPPABLES with Coach (Name)

c. MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ALIGNED IN AN ORDERLY PATTERN WITH THEIR MATS!! MAKES FOR BETTER PHOTOS

2. Start the Boot camp!

a. Blow the whistle and get everyone to group in together

b. Welcome Everyone!

c. Group Picture (Do group pictures at the beginning to incentivize people to be ON TIME)

d. Give quick Introduction of all of the coaches and point out HEAD COACHES. BE EXCITED!

e. Get people fired up and excited

3. Warm Up:

a. 5 min of power walking with weights to warm up

b. REALLY EXCITING MUSIC PLAYING and hi-five the campers! SMILE and BE SUPER POSITIVE!!! Lot’s of encouragement and compliments.

c. Partner up for the Tunnel of gratitude to get the workout started!

4. Start The Work Out!!!

a. Keep energy up, and maintain good pace.

b. Do not let people sit or stand around.

c. FEATURE OF THE DAY

i. Introduce featured product of the day in a creative way.

1. Product focus: “Alright our product focus for today is (Example: Formula 1 shakes, Explain the power of liquid protein consumed post workout! You’re all welcome to come back to the club with the coaches to come back to the club with us for a healthy to feed those muscles!”

2. Product benefits: Throughout the workout intermittently pepper in benefits of the featured product

3. Product Quiz: Towards end of word give a product quiz and give out product prizes for correct answers.

4. DO NOT GO OVER THE TOP ON THE PRODUCT PTICHING. IT SHOULD BE SUTTLE AND QUICK. DO NOT STOP WORK OUT MOMENTUM!!! OTHERWISE CAMPERS CAN GET TURNED OFF!!!

d. Work Out Options (pick one)

i. Refer to your preferred workout manual for today’s workout, OR;

ii. Have an experienced Coach direct the work, OR;

iii. Take workouts from Herbalife’s 24FIT DVD, OR;

iv. Alternative program

1. Monday: leg days

2. Wednesday: upper body and core

3. Friday: test mile, push up, sit up, and full body workout

v. OR YOUR OWN WORK OUT PROGRAM (IF YOU ARE COMPETANT AT RUNNING YOUR OWN PROGRAM, for example:

1. Yoga

2. Dance aerobics

3. Etc.

vi. Make sure to do 5 Minute Cool Down

5. HEAD COACH Closing:

b. “Make sure you have your accountability partner and verbally and publicly make your commitment for the next 4 weeks.”

c. “Schedule a one on one appt with your wellness coach if you have not already done so.”

d. “Don’t’ forget to bring your yoga mat, jump rope, hand weights, and water for the boot camp!”

e. “Think about your goals for this next camp.

f. Who are you bringing?!!!”

g. “Also, if you want to bring some more people like your friends or family. We encourage this – bring everyone. AND! Remember, that any new people you bring can participate but they won’t be eligible for the 24 FIT challenge. The Challenge prizes are only for those who registered at the Sunday orientation.”

DAY #12 (Friday)

AGENDA: 6:30AM and 6:00PM

1. Camp begins at precisely at 6:30AM and 6:00PM

2. Clap It In:

a. Blow the whistle and get everyone to group in together

b. Welcome Everyone!

c. Sign in

d. Split into groups, TRANSFORMERS with Coach (Name) and UNSTOPPABLES with Coach (Name)

3. Start The Boot camp:

a. Read inspiration quote and focus point from the 24FIT Challenge Manual to go with that workout day

4. Warm Up:

a. 5 min of power walking with weights to warm up or whatever HEAD COACH wants.

b. REALLY EXCITING MUSIC PLAYING and hi-five the campers! SMILE and BE SUPER POSITIVE!!! Lot’s of encouragement and compliments.

c. Get campers in to position for mile run.

5. Start Assessment

a. The Mile Run

i. HEAD COACH announces “when you cross the finish line your time will be called out to you. Don’t forget it!!”

ii. Head to starting line for mile walk/jog/run. Assigned coaches will call out times as each participant crosses finish line.

iii. They do the Mile Run

iv. Have a second timer for people who come late.

b. Sit-ups, Pushups

i. HEAD COACH blows whistle and gets to the mats. “When I blow the whistle to stop, remember your sit-up and push-up counts!!”

ii. Have everyone return to the mats with their partner. If someone does not have a partner, HEAD COACH directs a coach to assist that participant.

iii. They do 1 minute sit ups then

iv. 1 minute push ups

a. Report Your Numbers To Reporting Coach Who Is Logging Your Numbers

MEASUREMENT DAY (Monday 5th Week)

1. Registration Setup

a. Open house style from 6:30am-8am and 6pm-7:30pm

b. Complete form, sign in on master sign in sheet and complete each assessment station.

c. Assembly Line Style. All coaches there are all jacked up on tea and lift off

2. Man Stations:

a. Station #1: Greeter will use master sign in sheet. Welcome to the club, who’s your coach? Who invited you here? Dave is going to be your wellness coach.

b. Station #2: Fill out basic info and wellness questionnaire

c. Station #3: After Photos with Participant Number

d. Station #4: Measurements

e. Station #5: Body Composition Scan

i. Scale used: Tanita-1000

ii. Don’t give campers their numbers. Keeps line moving? The coach at station #5 will file them in coaches folder

f. Station #6 Departure announcements

i. You’re going to find out your numbers this Wednesday at the party.

ii. Promote next 24FIT Challenge – Sunday registration information

iii. Monday and Wednesday are mandatory to complete
