Year 4 Home Learning - Week beginning 29th June 2020Topic: Food Glorious Food!This week we will be learning about food. Feel free to complete as many of the activities as you can that are listed below and of course you can add your own tasks too. Remember to email your work using Purple Mash so we can see what you have been doing at home. Write a review to say why you like it or get creative and write your own food poem. Think of 5 different food items. For each food, write 5 different adjectives to describe how it looks, tastes, smells, feels and sounds when you eat it.Watch Stefan Gates as he talks about the features of instruction writing. Write your own instructions (recipe) including ingredients, equipment and numbered steps to follow. It could be a recipe to make a sandwich, a fruit salad, a cake…anything you like! Or create a made-up recipe e.g. for a magic potion. as many TTRS as you can. I have altered the settings so you should be seeing some different tables.
