Welcome to the Third Annual Cornerstone Farms "Born to be Rock Stars" sale ~

First of all thank you. Thank you for the continued support and faith in our program where we strive to do our very best to produce elite livestock and support for our customers and friends This year we are changing directions and want to offer a live sale. The decision to do this was pretty simple; connect the shorthorn breed and family. To me the shorthorns have always reflected as the family breed, so it just makes sense to combine them and bring us all together over this set of cattle.

In these challenging times this industry seems to be able to pull together to weather the storm and come out on top in the end. As you saw from this years Junior Nationals, the turn out was amazing and was as good as ever.

If you study this set you will notice the number of champions across the country out of the donors we have put together over the past several years. Our mission has always been quality over quantity and to produce the kind of cattle for the long haul.

Thank you again for making the trip to Winchester. We look forward to seeing our friends and making new ones along the way.

All along this female has been a looker. One of those that always catches your eye out in the pasture no matter where you see her. An outlier with her elite look and swoop of belly makes her one that we believe will represent CSF as exactly what it is. This rings true as she is a full sib to the 2016 and 2017 Louisville Champion.

If you like cattle that are just good built and functional, then you should appreciate this roan female. Sure we would like to see her longer and more femine in her head and neck, but in terms of practicality she sure does meet the standard. Big, soft belly, with plenty of shape. Easy keeping will be to her advantage.

One of the most interesting pieces of the sale. We love her feature and look and that all starts at the ground. She is so true in her foot size and bone, and yet is flat jointed and correct in her angles. It's hard to make females like this that you can put full confidence into.

Not only is she the full sib to the 2020 Champion female at Junior Nationals and Louisville, but her presence is one that's hard not to appreciate. It's hard to let ones go like this, so with that we will be retaining 1/4 embryo interest.
