Forgot Username and/or Password Directions for

Parent Portal

1. Go to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

2. Click the Having Trouble Signing In? link.

3. To recover the Password:

a. Enter the Username in the Username field.

b. Enter the Email Address in the Email Address field.

c. Click Enter.

4. To recover the Username:

a. Enter the Email Address in the Email Address field.

b. Click Enter.
