Kits can be purchased by check or money order made payable to May Watts PTA. Kits are to be paid-in-full at time of order. Sorry, but as these are pre-ordered kits, late orders or refunds/exchanges are not feasible.
May Watts and the PTA are offering the Back-to-School Supply Kit Program for the 2010-2011 school year. SchoolPak will be assembling the kits based on May Watts’ and District 204 requirements.
It is an OPTIONAL program designed to help busy parents be sure their children have the materials they need for Kindergarten.
The supply kit costs are NOT a part of your registration fee. Cost per kit per grade is:
Kindergarten: $38 3rd grade: $36
1st grade: $28 4th grade: $39
2nd grade: $43 5th grade: $42
The PTA has worked with SchoolPak to be sure the kits are as cost effective as possible and meet the teachers’ approval. In fact, you even save a little extra money because you don’t pay sales tax on the supply kits since they are purchased through the school PTA.
All supplies EXCEPT the following are included in each kit: gym shoes, art smock, backpack/book bag, a 2nd box of kleenex for later in the year and the old, clean sock 5th graders need for use as a dry erase eraser.
Orders must be received by May 17. Please send completed order form and payment to school or drop it off in the office. Kits can be purchased by check or money order made out to May Watts PTA.
You will need to pick up your supply kit order on August 16 between 10 am- 2 pm in the May Watts Multi-Purpose Room.
