Prepare a sanitizing solution using preferred food safe sanitizer. Follow the preparation instructions food safe sanitizer.

Washing Equipment:

1. Manually remove bulk residues utilizing the supplied brushes. 2. Remove finer residues with a jet of water. 1. Place all removable components inside food safe sanitizer 2. Let the solution react for the time indicated on the label of the food safe sanitizer being utilized.

Sanitization (before machine use):

1. Rinse the machine with clean potable water. 2. In a separate bucket prepare preferred food safe sanitizer. 3. Poor the preferred food safe sanitizer into the machine and press the agitation button for 1 min. 4. Let the solution react for the time indicated on the label of the product being utilized. 5. Extract the solution from the machine. 6. For best results, rinse equipment with a small amount of frozen dessert or pastry mix to avoid flavors
