Canon ImageRUNNER Advance: Printing Labels

Caution: Only print labels through the multi-purpose tray. When going from the paper drawers, the labels have a much higher chance of peeling off and causing major complications to the machine. At the Copier

1. Insert the labels into the multipurpose tray to open the multipurpose tray's Custom Size display window.

2. Click Change to change the paper type.

3. Select Labels

4. Click OK.

From the computer, access the print driver: 1. Open the labels document. 2. Select File>Print. 3. Select the Canon copier.

4. Select the Paper Source tab. 5. Select Multipurpose tray. 6. Select Labels from the Settings

button. Note: Labels can only print 1sided.

7. Click OK. 8. Click Print to print the labels.
