Project Management/Customer Service Engineered Systems is looking to hire a motivated individual to work 10-20 hours per week, flexible (M-F) in our Powell Office. This person's primary responsibility would be to follow existing projects, document pertinent information and follow up with GC's, Architects, Distributors and Specialty Contractors.

Duties, including but not limited to:

* Accessing project information on the Dodge Report and Ohio Builders Exchange * Track projects through the sales process * Process substitution requests * Document information in our CRM * Submit weekly progress reports

Skills Needed

* Intermediate computer literacy * Strong Communication both written and verbally * Ability to prioritize and multi-task * Ability to read Blueprints * Ability to use AutoCAD, though not required
