Chief Projects Officer (CPO)---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Department: AdministrationJob Status: Full TimeFLSA Status: ExemptReports To: Chief Executive OfficerGrade/Level: Bachelors RequiredAmount of Travel Required: < 50%Work Schedule:Positions Supervised: None 40 hours per week, with more as needed to complete projects/tasks.POSITION SUMMARY:The Chief Projects Officer is accountable for the planning, development, implementation, and functioning of special projects as assigned. Examples of such projects are new buildings, remodel, new sites, new services, and other projects without clear and specific leadership. The Chief Projects Officer must achieve all stated goals and do so within budget assigned. The Chief Projects Officer is involved in continuous Quality Improvement practices and measures as set by Mainline Health Systems, Inc. and in which the practice focus is based on a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care. The Chief Projects Officer is part of the Executive Team.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Involved in the planning process of all projectsWorks with the rest of the Executive Team and appropriate leadership to effectively implement all projects in order to achieve all goals and be within budget.Report on progress of all projects as deemed appropriate in the planning process.Report to the Board of Directors at least quarterly.Coordinate and communicate with all local entities and people with interest in the project.Hand on approach to all projects.Problem solve as necessary to achieve all municate with Executive Team and Leadership.Work with Marketing to create a communication plan that keeps the community, Board, and Employees aware of the project and its progress.Maintains compliance with all policies, state and federal guidelines, and laws.Work with Chief Compliance Officer on all necessary reporting.Participates in weekly and monthly executive and management staff meetings.Participates in all Risk Management activities, provide departmental oversight, and report to QI as needed or deemed pletion of continual job training processes set forth by Mainline Health Systems, Inc.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:Reports directly to the CEOEVALUATION:Annual evaluation performed by CEOQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor degreeExperience in project managementHighly detailed with great communication skills and effect in a team environmentExperience with the reporting and operating requirements of primary care programs funded by HRSA preferredSTATUS:This is a FLSA Exempt position.This is an OSHA low risk position.Employee Signature:___________________________________________Date:_______________________ ................
