Overview:

The Scholar Emergency Contact Information System is only to be used only when there is a true emergency involving a Penn State scholar. All Pennsylvania State University polices and applicable Federal and State laws must be followed by all users. All activities within this system are logged, monitored and audited. Any users who violate security regulations or make unauthorized use of this system and data will have their access removed and are subject to appropriate disciplinary action.

Requesting Access to Dashboard

To obtain access to the Scholar Emergency Contact Dashboard, submit a request using the form found on: .

Accessing the Scholar Emergency Contact Dashboard

To access the Scholar Emergency Contact Dashboard, navigate to . In the login screen, enter your Penn State Access ID and Password.

Once you are in iTwo, navigate to Dashboards Emergency Contact Scholar.

The Scholar Emergency Contact Dashboard consists of five visible dashboard pages: - Search by Scholar Attribute - Search by Local Address - Search by Dorm Building - Search by Course Building and Time - Exception Reporting

Each of the dashboard pages includes the following sections Title Prompts

helpful tips working with the Prompts available on these dashboard pages. Analyses Filters Notes

- Additional information relating to the fields and prompts. - Table of Actions Links available in the dashboard page. Page ID - Used to identify the specific page when troubleshooting any issues.

Search by Scholar Attribute

The Search by Scholar Attribute is the landing page for the Scholar Emergency Contact Dashboard.

The Search by Scholar Attribute will default with the following filters: - Campus is University Park - Term is the Current Term

The Analysis uses LionPATH Term Enrollment data. This report will display any scholars who already have or are eligible to register for the current Term. Note that the Campus in this report is associated with the scholar's plan, and may not accurately represent the location where the scholar is taking courses. Click on the PSU ID to navigate to the Scholar Details Page.
