Murphy’s Math E-Learning AgendaHello families. I am very saddened to be posting this second round of E-Learning Agenda. I wish that we were heading back to school, and that I could be teaching your children in my classroom. Your children’s faces, senses of humor, and “zest for life attitudes” are greatly missed in my daily routine (even the teenage angsty moments are a little missed!) I wish we able to participate in our fun end of the year activities, and that I could give the graduating seniors a big hug. I hope that you are getting through this time together with your families, and that you are finding a new “routine”/”normal” in your days. Below I have an outline for your child’s E-learning for the coming weeks. I want you to know that you are more than welcome to edit/tweak these activities to fit your child’s or your needs. For example, if the activity is “comparing more and less”, and you do not want to print it- feel free to use objects in your home. I do not want students or parents stressing out about getting the exact activity completed. As long as they do something comparable to the activity- I am more than ok with that and will count it as complete. Please stay safe and healthy, and know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.Best,ReaghanWeek of 5/4 – 5/8Monday- “Roll and Add Dice Game” Have your child roll two die. They will draw the dots from the die on the worksheet, write the number sentence, and find the total.Tuesday- “BWW Menu Activity” (Use “BWW Menu” to complete worksheet) page 1 (can do page 2 and 3 today if they want to, and complete Wednesday activity)Wednesday- Give your child some coins, bills, or both, and have them “purchase” some items from you (snacks, toys, cookies, etc.) OR Complete pages 2 and 3 of “BWW Menu Activity”.Thursday- watch and take “Medium” quiz. You can increase difficulty level if your child is able to complete this independently. USERNAME: PEHSscore PASSWORD: score1Friday- Put coins in a cup/bowl/hat/whatever you want. You and your child each pull out one coin. Your child names each coin, and tells you which one is worth MORE.
