Transpersonal Hypnotherapy - Classroom_222_Video_16Wed, 11/18 9:16AM ? 1:15:21SUMMARY KEYWORDSdeepening, moving, life, work, pyramid, lucy, relaxation, notice, chakras, shines, feel, relax, begins, regression, movie theater, hypnosis, induction, light, day, mm00:00Okay, continuing with our afternoon, we are on page 45. Let's talk about a few of the beginning components of the work, they're gonna let you watch another video, annotate a bunch of it in the beginning with what technique Am I using, but then I'm just gonna let you watch. And we'll have things to reflect upon as we continue to move forward, and give my voice a little break as well. And, again, change the learning style for you guys. So page 45, facilitating a past life regression, time required, you're gonna want minimum hour and a half, probably two hours, and sometimes more, mostly, you have to watch the clock. And whatever time you set, that's gonna determine how long you can let them stay in the past life. If the intake turns out to be relatively short, which it usually is, there's not a lot to talk about before. You say, Okay, let's just put into hypnosis, your subconscious will do the rest, the deepening and the induction phase is longer, might take 20 minutes or so maybe even longer. But then, let's say you had a 10 minute intake 20 minute of deepening an hour possibly of exploration, which could be long, but you'll need a half an hour and a half session. So you might say, Okay, I'll never half hour for exploration. And I still need time for processing. Basically, without breaking it up exactly now to how it goes. I would just say if you realize you only have a half hour for processing, because you want a half hour for the therapy part, then you'd have to just look at the clock and say, Well, how long does it take to get them to this point? How much time time do I have for this face? Generally, you know, I would encourage you to have a good two hours for sure. Even if you schedule a little bit more like didn't have a client booked afterwards. If you're able to do that, that's okay. Once you get to full time client load, it's not going to happen when I was really full time client load. Most of the time, I was doing an hour and a half sessions. And I could do a passive aggression, no problem in an hour and a half. I just wouldn't look at every little detail the lifetime. What you're looking for, when you look at the lifetime is the theme. What is the theme of that past life? Students you can answer that question, you really don't have to explore much more. So if we land in an event to five years old, what's happening? I'm with my family on the farm. It's beautiful. Well, what was the theme of that lifetime? If you only looked at that event, you'd say, Oh, it was a beautiful farm experience. But two weeks later, the farm is attacked by an invading tribe, and they kill everybody and kidnap you and locked in a cage in the you know, as like, oh, now what was the theme of that lifetime. So you need to be able to, like in your own mind is the hypnotherapist say I got enough of the information that I think I know what's going on here. I get a sense probably the childhood sense of what happened I can remember we saw the video with Peter. Well, is the theme of Peters lifetime. And he was kind of a of a punk. You know, in a very conscious guy. He was just trying to make some money in the side in some ways, foreignness or all that ethical, got in trouble got caught, got killed. But we went back further and found out that it had an abusive childhood, I think something like that ended up living with this woman and the relationship, you know, isn't of the highest vibration. And then we saw, you know, basically the theme of the life is someone who feels very victimized, very desperate, very, in many ways powerless to his situation. And second case, so if I said him, Peter was the theme of that life, he'd be able to answer it because he saw enough of it. So you don't have to look at every memory, you need to look at the relevant memories. And I would say the time required is a lot to do with your ability to do that. And so give it about two hours would be fair. If you are in full time practice and you're booking clients back to back you doing five a day. The really, you know, an hour and a half is pretty much what you're going to do to be able to work that kind of client load. The pre talk we've already discovered, just covered, and our next step after the pre talk, we're going to do our induction04:57or induction The induction doesn't really matter all that much. But the one thing I'll tell you about the style is letter B on page 45, maternal or paternal, I would encourage you to go more maternal, yet direct. So the style this T while style is maternal and direct. Now, you may not have heard it said exactly that way before you kind of associate paternal with direct, like sleep now, stop smoking now, but this is imagine you're walking in a forest path. Now, you go down bullets, actually, yeah, so, you're in a forest, you're standing on the top of a stone staircase, you're looking down at 10 steps. It's soft, it's gentle, it's soothing. You're going to do better if you're more direct, if you like. Imagine any kind of staircase you want. You can be indoors or outdoors, you know, more permissive, do it in your own way. My experience is it leaves too much flexibility for disharmony between what you're saying and what they're seeing. So I want to tell them what to see that's direct, not in the past life, but in the guiding into it. So I'm going to do a direct style of induction, that I'm going to be maternal about it. Go ahead and get yourself comfortable, and focus on a spot on the ceiling. It's maternal, as far as the gentleness of it, but it's direct, and I'm telling them exactly what to do. So it makes sense. I'll assume Yes. Okay. Good. Yeah. So not indirect or inferred. We're trying to use fancy language patterns. But not not Gil Boyne sleep up in a past life. Now. It's not paternal in that way. But it's definitely direct. The directors are given exactly what you want to happen. But um, soft, gentle, new agey letter A on this page, therapist, self and transmit, definitely go into hypnosis yourself. Not only is it nice for you, it'd be much better off facilitating you want to visualize what they're visualizing. When they paint the picture for you, you get that imagery in your mind, they go down a staircase, you're going down the staircase in your own mind, you want to get more into your meditative hypnotic mind to facilitate this stuff. Well, as far as the induction, it really doesn't matter. You can do eye fixation, you can do to finger eye closure, you can do a hand wave, you can do a rapid induction, or if you can do the fractionation model to finger closure, bring them out, put them back in with a hand press. It doesn't really matter. The point is there's a lot of deepening. And that's what really is going to count yet, I'm going to encourage you to do an induction because you're a hypnotherapist, and they're really looking for someone who knows what they're doing. Like, well, I heard of an acupuncturist who is doing past life regression, and she had no hypnotherapy training. So I think she's probably just really relaxing people, and then taking them on these metaphorical journeys. But without the induction, it doesn't look like hypnosis, even though you may very well get them into a deep altered state. So do some type of induction. That's really all that matters. The major thing about number three deepening is that you want to do a lot of visual, auditory kinesthetic, you're going to open up their inner senses. So there's a lot of painting a picture. So letter A here on the deepening is warm up the inner senses with guided imagery.09:21It's a bit more dissociated, oh as in away from their body, away from physical body, not associated internally, and that can be right there on the staircase walking down the steps, but they're not folks in their body. There's a big difference between the childhood regressions and the in the childhood, we're doing an effect bridge, so amplifying emotion, and therefore you're doing a countdown without any imagery at all. It's a medium hypnotic state. Count down into yourself. Feel that feeling amplify that emotion. And we're going back to the cause. We're not using the afpak bridge here, the only time an etheric bridge would occur is if it happened spontaneously, if not, you're going to use a very different style to get them into the past life. A lot of guided imagery. So it's visual more than it is kinesthetic. It is dissociated from the physical body, where the childhood regression is very much about your felt sense. So big difference. Yeah, as far as the deepening your do, you can be very creative yet, here's basically what I do over and over again consistently and effectively. So usually, after a period of induction, and that can include Of course, pretend catalepsy, I open enclosure. But once I start going inside the guided imagery, letter B, I am going to do a stone staircase in the woods, and counts down from and to one. So, simple count down down the steps go slow paint the picture, I'll probably do it in the regression you're about to hear. So you know, listen for think and I'll comment at those points. Since this is the stage you've learned, you know, what am I actually saying, am I just saying, imagine a staircase and you know, I'm on PM, really painting the picture, see the forest, smell it, we're gonna then usually we're gonna walk on a forest trail. Remember the term sequential imagery, we can use that as an induction actually. But there's a lot of sequential imagery, one image one place leads to another at least another walk in a forest path, you can go out to a forest clearing. And then in that clearing, you might do progressive relaxation, to further the deepening the sunlight in the clearing is relaxing your body. letter E, if you want it to there, you could do alman numeric amnesia with clouds. So you would see each number as a cloud, you'd visualize it, you would send it away. And letter F if you wanted, you could do the quote basement because we'll do it a little differently here basement relaxation with clouds. So instead of going down three floors below the earth, you can imagine a cloud floats under them, takes them up three levels and then goes down Level A, they'll say A, B, C. So there's a numeric amnesia done visually where the numbers form clouds. And then even though you sent them all away, they're gonna bring another big cloud back in and it can bring you down. I'm not saying I always do this, but you really want to consider death. So all men in America amnesia deep hypnosis, basement of relaxation, as dal state and take him as deep as you can. But remember, depth isn't always about relaxation. There's a lot to do with responsiveness, of course, either way, you're going to want them in as deep of a state as you can pretty much get them without them falling asleep. So you can be creative, but certainly you know the order of things. From here, we'll go to usually I'll use a crystal pyramid.13:56And in this we can do the chakra meditation optional with the chakras, e f, g h, usually up into the light. And then I'll take some time to train, you really get all this but just then put it all out right now into light from the light to a city and movie theater. And then the theater itself, this leads into the bridge.14:33So before we get to the bridge, we want to set up to get to a place where we're going to bridge into the past life. So all of number three has to do with a lot of deepening a lot of visual auditory, kinesthetic and moving them into a place where possibly like the crystal pyramid, they can ascend up into the light. And then even from the light you say well how do you get from In the light to a city, you can simply say, imagine you start moving, get a sense of a tunnel effect is like moving down a passageway. In the distance, you'll see old city, everything's closed for the day, bring yourself into the city or San standing on the city streets. So you'll hear this, pretty much I believe, in the regression we're about to do. Why don't we just watch for doll in the regression if it's not following that basic format, I'll comment as we go. Before we do that, of course, I'll open it to you guys. You'll see letter D on page 45. White Light progressive relaxation with the chakras in their colors. So that's usually done in the crystal pyramid. On page 46, the concept of testing just a blank page to discuss are we going to do other types of tests like eye catalepsy or arm catalepsy, if you think the client is going to fall asleep, then you might want to do those tests because they're very good to keep the client awake. Now we know testing can cause a deepening viralization. So testing can be good for deepening. But I don't want them to be so connected to their body. So arm catalepsy is pretty intense muscle movement. When somebody is already way, way away in the forest. And they're, you know, to send this special place anything, they'll make your arm stiff and rigid, and it brings a lot of attention back to the body. So you'll seldom see me doing eye and arm catalepsy. But again, the only time I would do it is if I really thought this person was starting to fall asleep. And I want to be sure they're staying conscious. Aside from that the testing the deepening and the testing that word work well, is what I've listed there. Number three. So we'll be sure by the end of this weekend, that you definitely have seen and understand how to move someone through from a through high. But once you see what I'm doing, and you just get a sense of it's a lot of deepening, and a lot of guided imagery. You really welcome to go everyone, you can take them through any kind of visualizations that you want to. Okay.17:21I'm gonna leave it at that for now, because I want to get through this video today. But certainly, we can even go back to parts of it as you learn other parts of the protocol as I teach everything to you. Do you have any questions now about what I just discussed? Knowing that I'll annotate as we're going through the video, and that we're going to repeat this kind of stuff multiple times. Okay, so of course, I'll leave the chat pod open during the video just type questions as they may come up. The video was meant to be life between life regression, but Well, why the chakras before past life, you want to? Well, two levels. One is we add spiritual themes to the progressions just because you know, the person is looking into that kind of level of functioning. But if for the considering that there are chakras and you want to open them, you want to connect them to their higher chakras, to their superconscious mind. So in the crystal pyramid, a light comes in, and it opens the chakras all the way up us and up into higher consciousness. And it implies that we've gone into those higher states, basically to give you know, the kind of the implication that we're giving you access to your higher awareness. When we do couples past life regression, I have a really good video of this where you're going to see two people go into hypnosis and both regress at the same time. We're going to link their higher chakras. And you'll see how that goes. But the concept is we're kind of creating a telepathic link, not on a body level, but on a heart in mind and super conscious level. So the concept is to go up the chakras to connect the superconscious and therefore kind of opening them or just really moving up to the chakra system. Does that help printer? Right. Okay. And I don't always use the chakras. Again, I don't think you have to stick to any one protocol. You just need to be intuitive and sometimes, like, you know, this person is already deep, they're ready. They're five minutes good to go. Other people in my take a lot of deepening you know, 45 minutes of doing a lot of techniques. Okay, so, um, this woman embryo, this was a student of ours. She did the regression at home that you did this morning, regression to the past life most affecting you today. It brought up What do you hear her talking about? You didn't she didn't feel it was resolved. So I brought her in We did the regression to resolve it. Yet it was at the time when the students were going to learn life between life regression. So I asked her, would you be okay to explore that? You know, she said, Yes. But then once we're in it, not only was it just not happening, I'm going to show you a life between life regression, you know, it happens. And you'll, you'll see when it's really working for her just wasn't flying. And eventually it is said, I think she's really here, just to deal with her past life. So we're gonna go back and do that. So there's gonna be a little bit of extra in here, even when I sent her so what happens after you leave your body? She's like, what do you what do you even mean? What what could happen? You know, she, it she just didn't, it wasn't flowing. But really, you see, we had to go back and heal the past life. So even though the video is entitled life between life regression, it doesn't really account for that. It does cover our protocol. And that's what's most important. And I don't have a huge amount of these. Because I always kind of felt that transperson was really sacred and never really brought a camera into the classroom very much. So we only have, you know, we got about four, it's all you need. You got a good handful of regressions for us to watch. And this is this is a good one for sure. So21:19she is a little bit combative. She's a PhD in psychology and studied every thing that's out there, I was honored that she went through the school, but even towards the end, she's like, Who does this guy think he is. And I should definitely take her to some time to warm up to me to build some get some trust to feel that, how could you know this young guy and this guy teach all this stuff. So the reporter was in ever, perfectly harmonious, but in the end, we came to a pretty nice place together with the training. But you'll even hear her say things like, because she takes a bathroom break. And she goes, how is this any different than a normal regressions, it's like a, you'll see that kind of attitude that goes with it. So you know, it's not really a judgement, I'm usually going to see it in the video. So just say, you know, the some people are gonna watch the true life between life regression, and I'll show you guys you know, the one that really works well. And you'll see the difference in the rapport and the way we connect. And that they made for a more successful LBL session, this does turn out to be a very successful asset progression session. So with that said, we'll watch for a while we'll take our appropriate break at the right time. And we should get through this whole thing before the end of the day. Okay. Shut the camera. So once the chat pod, I will annotate the key points of the protocol, as you know, apart. Afterwards, I pretty much, you know, comment and watch the chat pod. But um, yeah, once you learn the stages, then we'll go through those markets.23:21Okay, we're here with Rio, when you had a past life regression done through the distance learning system, regression to the past life most affecting you today. And it felt as you mentioned last night in the chat pod incomplete. So we brought you in here to continue with that. And even to go into LBO work. You know, I23:44don't quite understand but when you said the one we having the most influence on you. I actually kind of went back to one then I went back to an earlier one. Then I went back to an earlier one the skipping ones. There was, you know, information that I don't know if you did some deepening that made me flip to previous or there backward, but this one wasn't the initial one I saw but the others weren't that upsetting.24:16Okay, but the one you however we got there, the one that you flashback to was upsetting.24:21That's very upsetting. Mm hmm. Um, of course, two days away now.24:27Yes. Yeah. When I mentioned it, you still seem to have24:30Yeah, no, no, all the feelings are still there. Still a day farther?24:36Okay, certainly. So you've been after two days? I don't know.24:41I didn't say this on the chat pod site. But I thought if I were a client, and they'd gone to somebody and had that amount of connection with a past life, no more no resolution. Yes. Go back to that.24:55Sure. Yes. Understandable.24:58I want to go anywhere near that. unresolved past life, and I'm not too thrilled about it right now. Okay.25:06That we brought up something and it's not resolved. It's25:10kind of a bad one.25:12Okay, you know, thrilled that you had to do such a bad past life. I can tell you, I've seen a lot of my bad ones too. And that can be very disturbing. Yeah, I know, together we have as long as we need tonight, we'll take you into that. And we'll get you to move fully through. See, I've25:29seen three others besides this. And they were they they had grief and things, but they were seemed pretty normal. Mm hmm. And I was able to cope. Mm hmm.25:42But this one is not as easy to cope with. It doesn't really matter. But I would imagine you might want to so what do you want to share? What came up?25:54Yeah, it wasn't that long. Because as I say, I saw past life Aiden.26:02When I say to her doesn't really matter. Just listen to myself. They're like, how might that be construed? As a professional, I don't know, if I'd say that to a client. As a she's a professional and training professionals. It doesn't really matter if the client tells us anything during the intake, the protocol, I'm going to bring her back to this life to many we're going to explore this whole lifetime anyway. So her telling me the information now really doesn't matter. But for the sake of rapport, you know, then it's helpful. As far as me facilitating the process, it probably won't change a single thing that I'm going to do. That's why I said that way. It's like, you know, you can tell me if you want to, but he really don't have to, you know, I don't have to know the whole story. So the intake is usually only about 10 minutes, like you saw with Peter. He said he has breathing issues. I said, Okay, let's take it to the past life because the breathing issues, I don't need to know what he where he thinks it comes from, or I don't even have to do stem sentence completion on beliefs and emotions. The whole process is your subconscious is taking us back to the cause.27:16B and I add to this one, and this was a woman named Lucy, in 1834. She was 24 Poster 25. A very small person dainty bones. And very poor in an industrial city that I wasn't able to completely identify but I could see everything about the city, the buildings, the horse and buggy traffic, the dirt,27:57the27:59bad quality of air. And Lucy lives in one room. And it's maybe a tenement. Not sure. The big thing about Lizzie is that she's has so much pride. And although she only has one or two sets of clothing, she mends it constantly. And thinks about her appearance because she's just one step away from nothing. Mm hmm. And her last thought, and she you know, I see her in the tenement I seal with nine of food. I see with no plan for taking care of herself. I see her in great, great great despondent and despair. There's just no safety net in any way, shape or form in a way. And she goes out in the street. And at one point she's crossing the railroad tracks and her told her very pointed little boots that has buttons on the side. No toe catches in her petticoat, which has a little rip that she didn't catch. And it catapults her into the onto the tracks of an oncoming train, by the train. And what was incomplete for me was at home and on the street. Her despair was so giant. So much despair, that when she sees the train and everything, I don't know if she was wanting to fall in front of the train. She had nothing going on. last thought was I need new gloves. So it's she still had that kind of I have nothing if I only just could keep up with parents.30:11Mm hmm. Okay. Yes. And is that part of it seems like the strongest emotional charge was based on that statement. You just said, I have nothing unless I can keep up appearances.30:25What stayed with me the next day so badly was the man of the spear she okay. Yeah, she had I just never had been around that. She had such30:42yet such hopelessness. And so, you know, I've thought about during the day and I thought, Okay, this, here's what you could do. And I was like being low councilor.30:52No Sure. There's30:53ladies mates in this world? Surely you can, you know, go to someplace and work for room and board. I mean, it doesn't have to be it. You know, me Rio wouldn't have that point of view about this is not you know what I mean. But it's true that my life theme has included a lot of counseling other people to take care of themselves, you know, as a rehabilitation counselor to start with. And, you know, and I, there's just a kind of a attitude in my life of, I can help you about everything. Okay. Sure. So I found myself wanting to help Lucy. Just didn't really know that as a young person. There could be so that so? Absolutely.31:55Yes. That's the word. I'm here to Yes. So your heart sounds like really went out to her. I had32:02so much pity and compassion for her.32:08Mm hmm.32:09That's why I asked you on the chat room last night. I mean, I don't go around just my heart garden. But for people who seem to have a sad life, you know, Brian, I was just filled with compassion and pity just for you know how I said that. You don't know but birth, the first one who turned her life around by eating cows and going to pigs and the first one we had an class. She just was holding the milk pedal pails and she just decided she hated and she turned her life around and she's got this bakery and selling and Pam's thing to work out and at the end of her life, she felt proud. I felt really proud her Chester's proud and she died. She died. I you know, peaceful isn't quite the word. But she died with, you know, a natural response to life kind of a death.33:12Yeah, I felt right. So33:15I cut that, but this Lucy, this was so33:21yes, the other one it was able you could watch. Excuse me, it wasn't that emotionally charged pride.33:29It was. Yeah, I could feel that.33:31Yes, that was okay. But this one is not resolved. Having looked at her feelings of despair and hopelessness, and even the possibility of wanting to die, even though it seemed like an accident, maybe part of her was really wanting out. Mm hmm. Okay, certainly. So basically, I think we get a sense of that lifetime. And do you have a sense of hell? No, no, no, it's perfectly okay. In the beginning, it's more than happy to hold the space to listen to anything you have to say. And then as we go into the experience, again, I'm just here to hold the space for you to facilitate the process as we move through. I would be curious, though, if you have any goals and outcome that you'd like to see happen today. Ah,34:24ah.34:28That would be connected to that.34:31Perhaps if you just came in here hoping that at the end of the session, something good unfolds? Obviously, you want to resolve what we brought up here, would there be a positive outcome?34:45There would been I don't know how it would be. I mean, I could think of goals I have. I'm not quite sure what.34:51Okay, basically, when this is all resolved today, we could say this way, how would your life be different?34:56Because I'm not presenting a specific34:59rule. Right, exactly. So no, no, sir working to resolve that specific problem to get you to the exact opposite of that, so to speak, yet at the same time, just be curious if the answer is,35:10yeah, no, no. The problem that I'm having lately that I'm working on in a meditation, actually, this work is books that everything that we're doing is helping a little bit with it. I could feel movement. Mm hmm. And that is that I have had a resistance. You know, last night you were talking to that overweight person? Yes. About I forgot. But I've had a resistance to go into work. In other words, there's a part of me that doesn't want to go to work. Okay. And there's a part of me that, yeah, the work of course, I should this up, I got the job. I want to do the job. I'd like the job when I'm there. I just don't want to go to work. And it's a big, it's actually a huge wrestling match with me every day. And so that's the thing I want the most right now. And Lucy didn't go to work. Not that I know. Women worked in 1834. I don't know.36:19Yes, but you do get a sense that her attitude her the way she was when it might come to work might be affecting you today.36:27I don't get a sense of that. I notice right now questioning possibility. I'm36:31going to talk hide it's possible there's a connection between36:35cheese trying to keep herself as a little lady like thing, you know, even though her background is that lady like but her mind. It's like she's read magazines with that said, you know, your lady and you have designed your gloves. You know what I'm saying?36:56She had an idea of how she's supposed to be. Yeah, but it's not the way she was brought up.37:01Right. And she was actually in the workouts.37:05Okay, yes. And so you're saying there might be a connection between your present day conflicting feelings about going to work? Maybe? And Lucy's? Okay. We'll just hold that in our awareness as we move through. Also, when the stage of our training now where we started looking at LBL work. So are you curious to look at what happened to Lucy after she left her body?37:28Well, that was shocking, because the first one, the farm woman who died she got buried. And I you were giving directions to set the other. But oddly enough, I just wanted to go down and experience the buried. So I really, after you were like, I think I don't know if you were taking to the light or wherever. But I was still going down. And it was really it was a really big completion. I was underground and the whole I'm of arm person nature Earth. it all. It was a completion. It sort of finished everything for38:12me. Yes.38:12Good thing, huh.38:14Lucy the train and everything was just I was completely blocked. Okay, there is no, I'm hit by the train thing. There is just yeah, complete. Block just like38:31yes. At least for that time for that moment. Yeah. Yeah, it is spirit. You obviously continue on? Yeah, yes. Are you curious to look into that?38:39I certainly want to get her beyond her.38:42Okay. Yeah. So highest intention would be to resolve this what feels incomplete tonight? And for the demonstration? Would it be if you're curious about it to do some LBL work more than just inter life processing and really see what happened to Lucy? to you as Lucy after you left your body? So right there, was there our key when I said what is your intention for this session, and she was like, I just really need to resolve Lucy, you'll see that my attempt to make this a life between life regression, this wasn't going to happen. She really needed to resolve Lucy. So that was like the key moment where I was like, okay, no, this is a demonstration for this. But the client is definitely there to remember the concept of follow the client, not to have your own agenda that only came up in a teaching situation, obviously, was to see is it's important to follow the client. Even if you want to explore something else. They're not going to really go there if they still have their other agenda.39:50Also, of course, this is the traditional pre talk. I'm really just letting her explain why she's here and what's bothering her obviously. Usually with the client You would hear things like so tell me your spiritual or religious beliefs. Please remember this trust your first impressions leave your analytical reason and conscious mind decide, take responsibility for what comes up. Even if feel if it's a metaphorical journey just run with it anyway. And then we would explore the explain that there is a past life regression explain reincarnation, transmigration and oversold to be sure that they're willing to allow any type of phenomena to come up that could. Okay, so this is not a traditional intake. But this thing about well, hypnotherapy, but especially the transpersonal work, is you're not going to be as attached to protocols at this stage of the game. Certainly, so things you might want to share or anything you would need or anything at all before we consider going into hypnosis and beginning.40:50No, no. I'm assuming no one else is working here tonight. So could we have the dog? Because it's like,40:57oh, it is a bit warm in here. But there are people here tonight. So we have the white noise machine on.41:06Yeah, there are people here it is one. I can take a moment. See what I can do about that.41:16Yeah, there are people here. Okay. See when disco with it? Is it? Is that the one? Okay? Yeah, I'm a little warm, too. We'll get through. All right. So let me help you put your legs up. And for the recording is the lighting okay? Or I can shut maybe one light or two if your prefer. That one is for this one. Okay, she shut this. Okay, let's get help. Okay, all right. I think we're still okay for the loading and the recording and you feeling except for being a bit warm, comfortable. Ready to begin? Okay, excellent. So I mean, your eyes closed for a moment, I'll close my eyes. And let's set the intention that only the greatest good can come out of this session. Man even take a moment to simply surround yourself with white light. To create a safe and sacred space to do this work. And to work with the very clear intention that we're going to go back and look at the lifetime viewers to see, well, let's do the entire lifetime. And even if you are repeating things you've already told me, and I'd encourage you to do that we'll explore the whole lifetime in the hypnotic state with your reporting. Once we go to the end of our life, we'll move on and we'll see what happens next, we'll do a bunch of LDL exploration. And then certainly we'll go into inter life processing to be sure that everything is resolved today. Okay, so I hope you to go into nice. Yeah, certainly. So you kind of know what's going to be going through, let me say that we can certainly put an intention that you will feel no more discomfort than you willing to feel. And you can watch this from a dissociated perspective. So even if I don't tell you to do that, if you feel excuse me the need to move back and watch, then you can always just go back into the movie theater, look at the screen, or even you can double the associate be up in the projection booth window. Okay. Alright, so anything else you might need to be more okay with the few your feelings so43:32this is the one that volunteered me.43:38volunteered by belief to people. Yes, sick. You're gonna blame them. Tonight? Yep. Okay, well, I'm sure she'll be watching you. All right. Sure. Ready to begin. Okay, great. So what you can do, is that your eyes open. Are we back? Oh, yes. Yes, please get as comfortable as you like. You need to raise it higher up in the chair. Just a little bit higher and then it should recline back easier. So do it. Okay, let's be sure your company feels right now. Okay, great. Anything else before we were to induce trance, okay, you got it so you can let your eyes open up even to focus up here on my hand. It's my hand slowly lowering. We can think about it's time to go into the hypnotic state so you can let your eyelids start to get heavy. My hand is lowering let those eyelids get droopy. Charles's sleepy. As you know the blinking is hypnosis coming on. And it's getting heavier and heavier wanting to close the same closing heavier closing closing closing close them and so gently pull down upon your eyes there. Feel and sense if your eyelids now are becoming very Very heavy. Imagine as if those eyelids becoming so heavy, so relaxed, that any effort to open your eyes is so much more than you want to concern yourself with. Imagine that those eyelids are so heavy, and so relaxed, sit there comfortably seal down closed, you can pretend like you to just pretend as if you try to open your eyes and yet fine. They're so heavy, they remain comfortably seal down closed. When you find that your eyelids are that relaxed, you can stop trying and send the heavy feelings of relaxation down through your whole body. Beginning to relax from your head all the way down to your feet and toes. And relaxing here and now from your skin to your bone. To help you to go even deeper in just a moment, I'll have you open and then close your eyes as you do that, and it will be your signal to double your level of relaxation. In just a moment, your eyes will open and close. as that happens, he wants to M double your level of relaxation. Think your eyes open, brief analogy, close them right back down double this level of relaxation, making it twice as deep. In just a moment I'll be having you do that again, your eyes will open and then they'll close. And as that happens, and once again, your double this level of relaxation is open briefly now. Close them right back down nice and heavy and once again double your level of relaxation, making it weiss's tea. And in just a moment, we'll do that one last time, your eyes will open and then they'll close and as it happens, and once again, you double this level of relaxation is opening briefly closing down double your level of relaxation. Making it twice is to help you to go there ready to continue on your journey you can imagine as if you find yourself in that ancient forest where there's a clearing and in the clearing and notice an ancient stone staircase. In the middle of this forest clearing you notice 10 steps made out of stone, you can bring yourself there to let the entire scene surround you find yourself as if you're standing on the top the steps you look around, you can notice the blue sky overhead the green of the leaves forming a canopy for the sunlight trickles down through sensing the yellow sun shining down through the green leaves, noticing the shadows that are cast upon the earth.48:20And looking down upon the earth below, noticing its color, the color of this stone steps. And notice on the very center of the steps. It's slightly darker, slightly worn from the footprints of many travelers who have walked this path before you and they should take your time and look around there you can also feel what you feel. Start to get a sense how you feel being there. And hearing any of the sound you may hear in the forests. You might hear the sound of the wind rustling through the trees, the sound of birds interest moment I'll be counting backwards from 10 down to one. And with each two sending number you'll enter into deeper, more profound levels of relaxation. And to get to the number one you'll be in the forest floor. You find yourself much deeper, deeply absorbed within yourself and number 10. Now you're stepping down. Down down to number nine. Going deeper. deeper. Yeah, relaxed a number a true drifting down drifting down down number seven Being there on the steps and bringing yourself deeper and deeper to number six, relax. Relax, relax. So number five drifting down, down to number four. Going deeper now, t for t, and deep relaxed and step three, T for E for he relaxed. And step number two, you're going down and down, down even deeper to step number one. And from number one you can imagine stepping down upon the forest floor, you begin slowly walking through the trees. If there's a path in front of you now that leads into the forest, feeling very safe and comfortable, you might notice the crunching of leaves or pine needles beneath your feet. Perhaps a stream in the distance is making the sounds of water trickling over rocks. And sometimes as you walk you notice the path curving a bit to the left. Other times you notice the path curving to the right. And as you continue to walk, you begin to notice in the distance, this great crystal pyramid if the sunlight is shining down upon the crystalline walls of this pyramid, the towers up above the trees. As you walk closer, you start to notice the entrance way, a doorway to the pyramid. There's mystical writings and the door and while you may not know what they mean, they fill you with the sense of that which is ancient and timeless. You enter into the pyramid. Notice how it's hollow. The light shines through the crystalline walls and fills the space with all sorts of rainbow light colors. And being immersed in this space of light color. You'll notice in the very center, there's a meditation cushion, a place where you can sit, recline back or even to lie down. You find yourself going to the center of the pyramid and finding the most perfect position to sit to recline back or to lie down comfortably. As you do, you close your eyes then enter now to deeper, more profound levels of relaxation.53:20And a soothing relaxing power shines down from above to the peak of that pyramid. It shines down upon your body and begins to relax your body one part at a time to be moving from your feet and toes up your hair gradually bringing your consciousness higher up as you make the transition from the physical rising up into the spiritual. For now you sent your feet and toes relaxing is the soothing light most of the arches and soles, the tops of your feet and you go deeper is the relaxing power continues to move now into your lower legs and your calves and your shins rely in your knees and behind your knees filled with a soothing, relaxing energy that moves in to upper legs and every muscle every nerve in fiber, relax is in release. This soothing relaxing power moves through your hips and your butter in the lower half of your body from toes to waist relaxes even more. Here belly in your lower back relax and you go very deep within yourself. chest and ribcage. In your heart and lungs relax. In this soothing relaxing light moves down your arms, your upper arms relaxed your elbows and your forearms relax, down to wrists and your hands and fingers. And one gentle wave of relaxation moves up both of your arms to soften your shoulders even more. To move through your neck and throat, your jaw relaxes your face softening in your eyes and behind your eyes relax deep into your brain, your head and your skull. Relax is your body continues to relax. You allow your mind to continue to relax and your thoughts slow down on their own. Now in this great crystal pyramid, a ray of light begins shining down through the capstone down upon your body. array of red light begins to fill the pyramid the crystaline walls reflect the red color and color red surrounds you and the ray of light goes down to focus at the space at your tailbone. And a sphere of red light begins to glow and to grow. to swirl here a pulsating red or both lie. Your consciousness slowly begins moving up your spine as a ray of orange light shines down from above fills the pyramid with orange light. And then the light begins to well up just below your navel. This swirling sphere of orange light there below your navel. And then as you begin to bring your attention higher up and you look up a ray of yellow light shines down fills the pyramid with the color yellow and then begins to call them an A. They're in your solar plexus above your navel and below your rib cage. A beautiful ball of light the swirling sphere of a yellow light shines there in your lower abdomen and it glows and shines is your attention rises up to your heart and as it does a ray of green light shines down from above, filling the pyramid with the color green. And then culminating in your sense of your heart center. filling your heart with the color green. As you go deeper58:11and as you go deeper, is your attention moves up to your throat the color blue shines down from above fills the pyramid and then begins to swirl in the space of your neck and throw a blue lie to sphere blue shining layer in your throat center. And the light continues to move up as your attention moves up above in between your two eyes. And they're a ray of Indigo light, the bluish purple shines down as if to gently tap you upon the forehead and to shine in that space in your forehead, a bluish purple. And from above, shining down upon the crown of your head a violent way to golden light shines down as you begin to send yourself floating up now rising up and out of your body leaving your physical body behind. You begin to float up through the pyramid sensing the pyramid shape so natural to cause you to want to rise up. Initially float up above the pyramid you notice yourself above the tree top. A light brings you out to fly over landscapes. You find yourself flying over trees flying over vast spaces of rolling hills and green grass until of all places you end up finding yourself In front of an old movie theater, you can imagine it somehow does if your journey takes you to a road. And in front, or along side of that road, you're going to notice a movie theater. And as you float in front of the theater, everything is closed for the day, you can notice the ticket taker window and find the doors that enter into the lobby. noticing the concession stand and how everything is closed and quiet for the day. You find yourself there alone as you find the two double doors that lead in to that one theater with all of these empty seats. You float in and enter in to the theater. You find yourself sitting down and one of those chairs can let the theater surround you sense its floor, walls and ceiling and the curtains and other side of the screen. And as soon as you notice yourself censor yourself there in that movie theater. You can chat me yet clearly. nod your head yes. Okay. Now in just a moment, we're going to be going back in time into that past life those most affecting you today, the lifetime of the woman named Lucy. Now if at any point you want to come back to the theater to watch this lifetime, you can do so you can trust your deep inner mind, trust your first impressions memory to leave your analytical reasoning conscious mind aside, just simply be going on this journey. Going deeper as you go and recording what's happening. You begin to Now get out of your seat in the aisle. And as much as you want to, you begin to enter in towards the screen. As you start to move down the aisle the screen lights up. The scene is already beginning to appear. There's five steps that lead onto the screen as I count from five to one, even going back in time into the past life of us, Lucy most affecting you today. And number five history.1:02:15Hmm, so let's pause for a sec here. So now Marianne, you're talking about doing a regression back to somebody's past. Even though you're not necessarily going to use an effect bridge. This is pretty much what you guys want to do. When you're taking someone to past memories, those could be Natal memories can be when you lost your car keys and trying to find where you placed your jewelry, or things like past lives or life between lives. When you're not doing an effect bridge, you want to do just a lot of deepening like you're doing now. But with the grief and loss subtle note that you need to make it so new agey, you know, with chakras and crystal pyramids. But you know, a lot of deepening would be the point. But then in this there's a lot of guided imagery, we take them to the movie theater, she's sitting in a seat, then she you know, she can look down, she can see the screen by this point, they can be so relaxed, it may feel as if they're asleep. So they might be asleep. So you might say and when you're sitting in the theater, you're sitting in that chair, nod your head. And so you can be creative with your deepening and do it as appropriate to the situation. But this is the same bridge I would use to bring the person back to grief and last, so that she can review a memory, you're gonna actually see it on the screen first, then you'll walk up and step into it. In this case, you're not seeing that event in the screen first. yet we're going to walk into the aisle. We're gonna say the screen lights up. So listen to this and we'll review it again over time. You're gonna pace her into the screen and paste her into the past life. The forcing of impression like to listen for now even though I haven't formally trained you and it forced me impression now he has some extra questions that you ask in the past lives. But listen for how I'm going to literally force it impression. I'm going to say something like number five, the screen lights up a scene starts to appear for notice if it's indoors or outdoors. Three, notice if it's day or night. I'm not telling her to report it yet, but I'm telling her she's starting to see a scene. So if I just imagine you're on my mind right now, I said Imagine you're in a movie theater. We can do that. See the screen. Imagine the screen lights up and a movie begins to play. A scene begins to appear. Notice if it's day or night. Right and then it's kind of a double bind. It's got to be one or the other. It's the same thing with Childhood, it's gonna have to be indoors or outdoors, it's gonna have to be day or night. And it's the same thing here, that when you're about to move them into this, the way I found that works really well. And again, we'll review it when I teach this section to formally start to paint the picture. Again, in double binds, meaning you're not going to say, and you see a scene indoors, because then you're clearly painting their picture. But you're doing the same thing we do for childhood, it's got to be one or the other. But you're asking her to do it before she reports anything. You move into the scene, you hear me say something like you become the person you are back then. So we can even come back and listen to this once I teach you the section even tomorrow, like you just give some thought, the major differences here, but again, just since Marianne is going to do a regression, similar to this to someone's past, you can this basically this movie theater bridge is one of the most effective ways to take someone without doing an effect bridge. Any questions thus far as we've talked about, to a degree, the intake, the reduction techniques, the deepening techniques, the chakras, the transition from the pyramid over to the movie theater, from the theater, how we go down the aisle up into the screen. No, good for now. Okay. Make sense? Yeah. It's pretty basic. You know, and again, you can be creative with it. Okay. Also notice aside from the intake it's 36 minutes into the session. So the deepening is relatively long. All right, let's go for X number of minutes and then we'll take another break for our last break of the day and they'll continue with the1:06:50indoors or outdoors good as you keep moving in that the movie theater keep fading away you're moving into the scene on four you're starting to sense yourself back then. And number three if you like you can start to become the person you were back and three into finding yourself fully there the scenes around two and a number one be there now and now you can give them report said it's outdoors and it's a day or night stay time and when you're there do you find yourself alone or with other1:07:33there1:07:36is others around not with you. Okay, good and moving fully into the scene. being yourself there's if you can wrap your arms around your body does it feel as if you're a man or a woman?
