This 12V is given to bridge rectifier for rectification. After rectification we have 12V DC. This 12V DC has some AC components so we use Capacitors. It connected in parallel. It absorbs AC components from 12V DC. Then this 12V pure DC is given to 7805 Regulated Power Supply circuit. This circuit gives us 5V DC for the supply of our main circuit. ................
