REE 201 - Real Estate Brokers I (6 credits)

This course, along with REE 202, enables the student to meet the educational requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Commission for a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license, and includes Real Estate Law and Practice, Practical Applications and Current Legal Issues.

(REE 201-001 – Fall CRN 20273)

REE 202 - Real Estate Brokers II (6 credits)

This course, along with REE 201, enables the student to meet the educational requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Commission for a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license. This course includes Colorado Contracts and Regulations, Real Estate Closings, and Trust Accounts and Recordkeeping. (REE 202-001 - Fall CRN 20274)

These courses must be taken concurrently.

TUITION and FEES

Resident tuition for the 12 credits is currently: $1566.00 cost to the student, not including student fees and books.

• The actual total tuition cost is approximately $2466, but the College Opportunity Fund stipend of $900.00 will be paid to the college by the State of Colorado on behalf of eligible Colorado residents. All students must register for the stipend! Register for the COF stipend at:

Non-resident tuition: $6424.80

WHEN?

Fall Semester: August 22, 2016 – December 13, 2016

The classes meet 3 nights a week - each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6 pm to 9:40 pm. Upon successful completion of the classes, the student will be eligible to take the Colorado Broker licensing exam.
