BDCs will customize the email and send to the appropriate audience.Instructions for account managers:Save the zip file to your computer.Email the zip file as an attachment.Provide the instructions below to your BDC.Instructions for BDCs on how to customize and send the email:Open Internet Explorer (These instructions do not work in Chrome.)Double click the attachment and select Open.Double click the HTML file. The email image will appear.Right click your mouse and select Select All.Right click your mouse and select Copy.Create a new email message.If you’re using Outlook, from the Outlook toolbar at the top, click Options. Ensure "As HTML" is selected.Right click anywhere in the body of the email message and select Paste.
