Val ZanchukPresident, Graphicast, Inc.Val Zanchuk is President of Graphicast, Inc., a Jaffrey based manufacturer of precision-machined zinc alloy castings. Graphicast has been in business since 1978 and is an ESOP company, where the employees own 1/3 of the company. Val has been active in STEM education and workforce development issues for almost 20 years. Val is past chair of the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire, chair of the Manufacturing Strategic Partnership Initiative, and chair of the Governor’s Pre-Engineering and Technology Advisory Council. He is also on the board of the New Hampshire Learning Initiative, the New Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership, the Manufacturing Leadership Council, the SEE Science Center, and serves on the State Workforce Innovation Board. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of the program to ensure that quality services and performance are provided for all students and staff. The New Hampshire Job Corps Center is operated by Adams and Associates, Inc. under contract with the U.S. Department of Labor.Prior to the New Hampshire Center, Mr. Koheil served as the Center Director at the Shriver Job Corps Center in Fort Devens, MA. Under his leadership, the Shriver Center was consistently ranked amongst the top performing Job Corps Centers in the country. He has held a number of top positions within Job Corps for Adams & Associates. These positions include Deputy Center Director at the Red Rock Center in Pennsylvania and the Finance and Administration Director at Shriver Center in Massachusetts.Mr. Koheil is a 1994 Graduate of Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. He is multi-lingual, speaking fluent Arabic, Spanish and English. For the past twelve years, in his leisure time, Mr. Koheil has served as a referee for the Massachusetts Youth, Men’s and Women’s Soccer Leagues. He is an active member in his local community. He was most recently a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the Worcester County Sheriff Department as well as a Citizen on Patrol for the Fitchburg Police Department. Phil PrzybyszewskiWorkforce Solutions Project Director, NH Sector Partnerships InitiativePhil currently serves as the Workforce Solutions Project Director at the Community College System of New Hampshire. In October 2015 he assumed the project leadership role for NH Sector Partnerships Initiative. He also represents CCSNH on the NH Job Training Fund Committee. Prior to this he served as the Project Coordinator managing and overseeing the implementation of all aspects of the TAACCCT grant. This included working with industry representatives and the local education community to develop and implement effective academic and curriculum offerings supporting career pathways in advanced manufacturing. Phil has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. In addition, he has over forty years of experience in industry. Many of those years were working for or consulting with manufacturing companies throughout the United States. He has a strong combination of skills in marketing, sales, business management, financial management, automation systems, technical project management, and strategic relationships. A New Hampshire native, she started her career in hospitality and human re-sources at The BALSAMS Grand Resort Hotel. Starting first in operations, she quickly moved up through the resort and transitioned to human resources as training manager in 2005.
