For parents and students using any mobile device, Rediker has created a mobile version of the student and parent portal. Use: JohnAColemanCatholicHS as the login.

ParentPlus and StudentPlus Mobile Apps

"Where can I find the apps?"

The apps can be found on iTunes by searching for "ParentPlus" and "StudentPlus" or just "Rediker" (among other keywords). To find the apps, you can also visit the ParentPlus or StudentPlus web pages. The apps will be available on Google Play for Android on approximately November 18th.

"I can't find the apps on iTunes using my iPad."

Currently, ParentPlus and StudentPlus are specifically iPhone and iPod apps, but they can also be used on the iPad. To find the apps when searching for them on iTunes using an iPad, just make sure that iPhone apps are selected.

"I have downloaded the app. What's next?"

When you first open the app, it prompts you to enter a school name. This school name is found in your school's PlusPortals website URL on the Address bar. After obtaining the school name, do the following:

1. Enter the school name as it appears in your school's PlusPortals website URL after the forward slash.

2. Sign in with your user name and password to access the PlusPortals.

"How do I access multiple schools that use PlusPortals?"

Click Add School at the upper-right corner of the login screen, and follow the steps above.

You will then be able to select which school to log in as in the drop-down list of schools on the login screen.

"I'm getting an invalid school name error. What's wrong?"

Please ensure that you're typing the school name exactly as it appears in the URL of your school's PlusPortals website. Make sure you're not using spaces. If you're still receiving an error, please contact your school for further assistance.
