SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:

Evening/Night/Weekend:

Overtime Rate: 1.3x the regular hourly rate in excess of 40 hrs per week, in accordance

with all state and local labor laws.

Double Time: 1.7x the regular hourly rate in accordance with all state and local labor

laws.

Holiday Pay Rate: 1.3x the regular hourly rate. (All Government Holidays)

Workweek: Sunday through Saturday.

On Call: $7.00 per hour rate for time provider is on call. On call provider is to carry a beeper or cell phone. The provider must be within 30 minute / mile radius of the government facility and/or the approved radius of the designated hospital.

Call Back: 1.3x the regular hourly rate billed for all hours in excess of 40 hrs per workweek. Will apply once healthcare provider is physically on federal government facility site. One (1) hour minimum.

Problem Solving / Termination / Replacements:

Procedures will be determined at the field office (ordering agency) level.
