j) To process and disseminate data regarding requests demands for international co-operation;
k) To select and appoint institutions and technical personnel entitled to participate in international technical co-operation projects;
l) To organize courses, training and missions visits;
m) To manage human, material and financial resources;
n) To organize actions linked with International Volunteers.
