How to Resize Photo for Document Upload

Instructions: 1. Click on Start at the bottom left of the screen. (Refer to Image 1) 2. Click on 'All Programs' which will display a list of the programs installed on the computer. (Refer to Image 2) 3. Then under 'Accessories' you should find an application named 'Paint'. Click on that to open Microsoft Paint. (Refer to Image 3) 4. Now, click on the 'File' menu, the blue rectangle in the top left corner of the screen. (Refer to Image 4) 5. Click on Open and navigate to the location you have saved your image. (Refer to Image 5) 1. Alternatively, right-click on your image in the Windows Explorer, then click on 'Open with' and select 'Paint'. 6. Now that you have opened your photo in Paint, we can resize it to match the dimensions required for the document upload. 7. Click on the 'Resize' button towards the top-left to open the resize menu. (Refer to Image 6) 8. In the window that opens titled 'Resize and Skew', select the 'Pixels' option at the top of the window. (Refer to Image 7) 9. Then uncheck the option labeled 'Maintain aspect ratio' in the 'Resize' box under the 'Vertical' text box. (Refer to Image 7) 10. In the textbox next to 'Horizontal:', type '160' and in the textbox next to 'Vertical:', type '200'. Your screen should now look like the one in Image 8. 11. Click 'OK' and your image should now be resized for upload. 12. Click on the same 'File' button that you used in Step 4 and click on 'Save as' to save your file to a location of your choice.

You are now ready to upload the image under the Photo section of the document upload page.

Follow the same procedure to resize the signature for uploading.
