Right First Time Citizens Reference Group.?Right First Time is a partnership project working with citizens across Sheffield to transform the way health and social care is delivered. Right First Time is part of the ‘Right Care, Right Time, Right Place, Right Person’ strategy that aims to transform health and social care in Sheffield over the next 5 to 10 years.The aim is to ensure all Sheffield’s residents live longer and healthier lives, and are supported in their local community wherever possible by joined up, high quality and responsive health and social care services.The approach taken to health and well being will be lifelong, personalised and preventative, and will recognise the contribution of non paid carers.To ensure all Sheffield’s residents:live longer and healthier livesare supported in their local community wherever possible by joined up, high quality, responsive health and social care servicesreceive continuity of care, shared decision making and a lifelong, personalised, preventative approach to health and wellbeing?We want people in Sheffield to help us by joining the Citizens Reference Group so they can shape and influence how health services, particularly for people with learning disabilities and difficulties, are run.We need more people from all walks of life to join.
