Using the Constitution Handbook from pg. 232-261 in your book, and the English Bill of Rights sheet provided for you, compare the rights guaranteed to Americans in 1787 and Englishmen in 1689. Provide a quote from the section of the Constitution indicated, and then provide a quote from the English Bill of Rights that expresses a similar right.
