Key accountabilitiesManage routine data exchanges between the Commission and other agencies, such as NSW Police Force and Roads and Maritime Services, using relevant systems and ensuring high levels of compliance with privacy and other data and records management obligations.Manage service level agreements between the Commission and other Transport agencies, and with external agencies as required.Procure and manage outsourced services for the NSW Point to Point Transport Commission, in close liaison with users of these services, monitoring provider performance against key performance indicators and providing administrative support to users in the ongoing improvement and development of outsourced services.
