ZP Fall/Winter 2018 Challenge $5K Winner

A few years ago, I had an issue buying my first car. I fell for a car dealership scam that took literally all of my money. I felt like the world was going to end. Because of the frustration and doubt, I decided to do something about it. Previous winners Ivelisse Gonz?lez Maldonado and Sylvia Bruno Roman were the ones that really got me into ZP Challenge. I couldn't believe how simple it was. You can use it at your own pace and rhythm. Now, my wife and I have changed our lifestyle to tackle our financial goals. Every time I get paid, I put money back into a savings account. I feel like I'm doing great! Small changes can have the most significant impact on your life.

? My wife and I cut our spending to about $500 every month. ? I put $150 towards savings every paycheck. ? Thanks to all my savings, I was able to buy a house. ? Winning ZP Challenge feels like winning a gold medal.

It's amazing!

I got married when I was 19 years old. Being that young, we weren't mature enough to understand how to save money. I started ZP to achieve financial freedom. I set four main goals -- I wanted a house for my family, a car, savings and the ability to travel. My wife and I try to live with around $500 monthly. If that doesn't cut it, we'll add a little bit more for emergencies. Thanks to this method, we've been able to take vacations. Financial freedom and peace of mind are the best feelings in the world. I can't believe that little changes could be so incredible. Use bad moments as fuel to motivate you to accomplish everything you want in life. I thank my wife, ZP and Walmart. Without that trifecta, none of this would have been possible.
