Description This guide describes the steps needed to verify and make adjustments for Wightman email settings on Microsoft Outlook (Version 2016 and newer) Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the windows button (or hit the corresponding button on your keyboard) then click on the Microsoft Outlook program.

2. Once the program is up and running, select the File tab at the top left of the screen.

3. Make sure Info is highlighted, then select Account Settings tile and Account Settings again from drop down list.

3. 4. Make sure you are on the Email Tab and your Wightman Email account is highlighted. Select Repair. 5. Make sure the box is checked for "Repair Account Manually" and click Repair.

6. Make sure the following fields are correct; Username (Email before the @ symbol), Incoming Mail (picture below shows IMAP server settings, change Port # to 995 if you want to use POP servers) and Outgoing Mail (should look exactly like the photo below).
