1. Most application fees listed do not include the registration fee (same as “renewal”) so that the total cost of obtaining a license is the combination of both fees.

4. Voluntary program at this time only. Compliance with PDH requirements is rewarded by recognition of licensee in biennial roster.
5. $75 if licensed for less than one year. $45 to transmit record to a state board.
6. 2 PDH units of Ethics must be satisfied every 3 years.
7. 30 PDH units must be satisfied during the biennial period between 2002 and 2004.
8. $25 temporary license fee during application process available.
9. Includes registration fee, annual dues and 15% HST.

12. A minimum of 240 PDH units required over a 3-year period. Members with at least 30 years of practice can deduct 30 PDH units each year from the 60 minimum required annually. 1 PDH is earned for each 20 PDH of professional work within your scope of practice, however a maximum of 50 PDH can only be claimed per year.

14. Includes dues, stamp & certificate and HST (sales tax).

16. If not already a member of another Canadian Association there is a Can$185 examination of credentials fee plus Can$150 fee for the Professional Practice Exam (National and Yukon). Does not include a one time charge of Can$59 for a stamp.
17. Includes $10 for the I.D. card. Renewal required every 5 years.
