Our vision is to create a place where people with disability can see the possibilities for a home for themselves, have options to choose from and find the home that is right for them. The housing matching team will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of the disability housing market by:increasing awareness of and access to housing options for people with disabilityproviding a means for people with disability to find appropriate housing and connect with providers of housing in order to exercise choice over where they live, who they live with and to promote their independenceproviding an efficient way for housing providers to connect with people with disability to promote their properties so they are tenantedWe have the privilege of supporting people to find the home that is right for them, which is often a truly life changing experience.The Housing Hub and Salesforce CRM: The Summer Foundation has developed a platform (.au) dedicated to supporting people with disability to find a home they would like to live in. At the same time, the platform is a place for housing providers to list properties and find suitable tenants. During 2019, we have plans to expand The Housing Hub geographically (to other states: WA, NT, TAS, ACT) and technologically (through a new platform to deliver.In 2019, the Housing Matching Team implemented the Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM to support customer engagement strategies and promote efficient capture, storage and reporting of data. The Digital Engagement Coordinator will support national digital initiatives for the Housing Matching Team. This is a multi-faceted role delivering value at every point of the customer journey. Working closely with the Senior Digital Product Manager, the role is responsible for maintenance across all digital channels including websites, online publications, social media, eDMs and for day-to-day support of the CRM, resolving issues and promoting best practice data quality processes.The successful candidate will have ‘hands-on’ technical experience in maintaining digital communications platforms, data and CRM administration experience, strong customer focus and excellent stakeholder management skills.Responsibilities & DutiesLiaise with team members and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritiesUpdate and maintain digital platforms and services including the CMS (WordPress), digital channels and the CRM (Salesforce)Optimise digital platforms for performance, security and scalabilityManage CRM database quality, integrity and enrichmentPromote best practice data quality and security processes across the organisationDesign and generate CRM reportsIdentify and manage risks and issues that affect scope, timeline and qualityProvide project support to the Housing Hub platform rebuild project Perform QA, testing and bug reporting and trackingDevelop strong internal relationshipsSkills & ExperienceQualificationsA tertiary qualification in technology, business, communications or a related disciplineCertified Salesforce Administrator (desirable)Employment subject to National Police History CheckExperienceMinimum 2 years experience maintaining digital channels and supporting CMS platformsExperience in CRM administration and data management (Salesforce desirable)Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics toolsProject management experience Familiarity with QA and testing procedures and bug reporting toolsKnowledge of the NDIS, SDA housing environment (desirable).SkillsCore technical competencies in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PhotoshopAn understanding of key engagement channels including mobile, paid, SEO, email, social networksExcellent communication skills, written and verbalA customer-centric approach with strong stakeholder management skillsCore Competencies The successful applicant’s values will match those of the Summer Foundation.
