The New admissions for the academic year 2018 ? 2019 for all categories will be available ONLINE from Sunday, 1st October 2017 to Monday, 9th October 2017.

Few seats are available in the academic year 2018 ? 2019. There is no possibility of having more vacancies in the academic year 2018 ? 2019. Parents can register their wards name ONLINE () during the mentioned dates. Kindly keep checking the school website for details of Vacancies, Syllabus, Fee structure for all the grades.

Hindi is a compulsory subject from Grade 01 to Grade 07.

STUDENTS STUDYING IN SCHOOLS WHICH FOLLOW ACADMIC YEAR ? JUNE TO MAY OR SEPT TO AUGUST Generally pupils coming from schools having the same academic year as this school i.e. April to March are eligible to appear for the Eligibility Test. However, pupils coming from Schools which follow curriculum other than Indian, whose academic year is from JUNE TO MAY OR SEPTEMBER TO AUGUST, will be allowed to appear for the ELIGIBILITY TEST, but their admission will be regularized only in the month of JUNE 2018, subject to the availability of VACANCIES in the various classes at that time. Please note that NO SEAT will be reserved for the pupils coming from such schools.

Please follow the Age Criteria given below at the time of seeking admission. Underage children will not be admitted as per the instructions received from the Ministry of Education. However, overage children may be admitted subject to Ministry's approval.

After the Eligibility Test a personal interview will be held (Grade 8 & 9) with a panel of academic experts on Saturday, 04th November 2017. KINDLY BRING THE SCHOLASTIC AND NON-SCHOLASTIC RECORD OF THE CANDIDATE.

Minimum 50% marks are required for passing the Eligibility Test. Please note that the Results (qualified or not qualified) in the Eligibility Test will be declared as per the dates mentioned below and an email will be sent to all the parents. The parents of the successful candidates can make the payment of school fees as per the date mentioned in Email. Admissions will be granted on merit basis.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION TO GRADE 1 to 9:

Parents are requested to: 1. Visit the website () and click on New Admission link. 2. You will be redirect to the grade page. 3. Click on "Start Application" button at the top of this page. 4. You will be redirected to the signup page. You will need to sign up with a valid email address. A verification email will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of sign up (check your Inbox or junk / spam folder for the email). Click on the link to activate your account. Clicking on the link provided in the verification email will take you to the application form. You may also try to login directly in the application site with your user id and created password. 5. Please fill your form and keep saving it along the way to make sure that the entire data is not lost. To enable the "Submit" button, you need to fill in all the mandatory fields, which marked with an asterisk (*). Kindly make sure Photo is attached. 6. Please fill the names as mentioned in Passport. It is advisable to have the same name on the Emirates ID as in passport for smooth registration process. (Given name followed by Surname) 7. After successfully submitting the form, please print the `Submission Receipt' detailing form number, name, email ID and date and time of remittance of registration fees. Take this receipt to IHS as per the submission schedule given on the receipt (please strictly follow the schedule provided to avoid inconvenience). The `Submission Receipt' will be available at all times on the "Dashboard" (Tracker section) for viewing and printing. 8. Present the `submission receipt' at the IHS payment counter as a proof of submission and make the payment of AED.325=00 (NON REFUNDABLE). 9. Receive from IHS an Admit Card with the Registration number. 10. Registered Candidate will write the Eligibility Test as per the given schedule. (Admit Card is must during the test along with a photo identity proof copy of child) 11. As per the availability of vacancies, the Successful candidates will be informed by an Email for regularizing the admission. Payment of fees is also to be done on the same day as per the schedule. 12. Before making the payment of fees, kindly submit the documents i.e. Passport copy / Visa Copy / Birth Certificate Copy / Emirates ID Copy and two latest passport size photographs of the candidate, in the Registrar's Office, Senior School. Parents need to bring their and child's Original Emirates ID at the time of admissions. Emirates ID is mandate at the time of admission.
