Eparts FTP DownloadTo start accessing the PDF/CSV files stored on the PMates system, open an Internet Explorer and proceed to the website . Below is the screenshot of the E-Parts website.Click on the “File Transfer” link to proceed to the Upload/Download page.A new window like the one shown below will appear.Click on the “Download file from server with Search Option” to access the new FTP download function.A pop-up window like the one shown above will appear to prompt you to enter your FTP User ID and Password. Enter the FTP User ID and Password accordingly to click the “OK” button to access the system.*Note: Users will just need to enter the password ONCE to access the folders and files as compared to the previous system which requires password to be entered TWICE.The screenshot shown below is the newly revamped EParts Download page. The following section will explain the key components and functions within the EParts Download page.Folders Listing SectionFiles Listing SectionGBFEDCASection A – Specify the folders to conduct the searching (All Folders or Selected folders based on selection in Section B)Section B – Select the folder to view the corresponding files within the selected folderSection C – Specify the name or key words of the files to be searchedSection D – Select the From Date range that the files are createdSection E – Select the To Date Range that the files are createdSection F – Search button to activate the searching processSection G – Displays the results from the search criteria*Note: Depending on the search criteria selected, the results may take up to few minutes to display. You need not have to specify all search criteria when searching.4. Click on Search For example, you would like to search for the TICS documents created on 18th Jan 2012. You may then specify the conditions like the one shown below.3. Specify the Date period 1. Choose “Selected Folder” if you wish to search for files within a specific folder. 2. Specify the keyword for searching5. Results will be displayed in this section for you to view and download the file You can also sort the file listing in ascending or descending order by clicking on the 3 column headers “File Name”, “Size” and “Last Modified”.To download any of the file, simply just click on the link of the files shown in the File listing section to start the downloading process.A pop-up window like the one shown above will appear.Click on “Open” to view the contents of the file or “Save” to specify the location that you wish to store the file at and retrieve it later on. ................
