A LETTER FROM THE CEO

Dear friends of Cade Foundation,

In 2020, entering our 15th year, we were hit with a significant hurdle, the COVID-19 virus. However, as a team, we were able to push through all the adversity and still have some fantastic events. We hosted our very first ' Quarantine Edition' Gala, our 15th Maryland Race for the Family with in-person and virtual options, our 4th Annual Corks with Cade Wine Festival in Maryland and California. We also had a Pathways to Parenthood Conference. These events enabled us to raise awareness about infertility and raise funds to better support many families who are OVERCOMING infertility.

Since the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation was founded in 2005, we have hosted over 300 education-focused activities and have funded 128 families with grants and raffle awards of up to $10,000 for adoption or fertility treatment. As a result, an overwhelming number of these families have OVERCOME infertility. Of those families, 94 babies were born or adopted with the help of our organization. To raise these funds in the past, we have Danced for the Family, Brewed for the Family, and raced throughout the US for the family. Most importantly, we have given families a chance to share their stories to help others dealing with similar situations. As successful as 2020 was for our organization, we appreciate your continuous support and encouragement in our efforts to support families OVERCOMING infertility, and we look forward to even more successes in the years to come!

RACE FOR THE FAMILY

The annual Race for the Family was hosted by Shady Grove Fertility and was held on Saturday, June 13th, 2020 and Saturday, October 10th, 2020 in Maryland, Baltimore. Due to the pandemic, we also offered a virtual option for families who wished to still be a part of the festivities.

Families and friends gathered to participate in a 5k race, a 1 mile Family Fun Walk, a Toddler Trot, and more! There were two raffles for this event, including a grand prize of $10,000 in fertility treatment at Shady Grove Fertility.

Over 250 tickets were sold for the Race for the Family, and almost $54,000 was raised to help families OVERCOME infertility.

CORKS WITH CADE

The 4th annual MD Corks with Cade was held in a virtual setting. The event was hosted by Shady Grove Fertility and took place on Saturday, August 29th, 2020. Corks with Cade offered something for the whole family, including wine tasting, live music, sip and paint, and a silent auction.

The Cade Foundation also had a CA Corks with Cade, which was under virtual

conditions. The event was hosted by the Reproductive Science Center of the Bay

Area and occurred on Saturday, September 12th, 2020. This

Corks with Cade also included wine tasting, live music,

$32,000 sip and paint, and a silent auction.

A total of 150 tickets were sold and almost $32,000 was

raised to help support the Cade Foundation's Family
