To the Parents or Guardian of Team Member:

Review guidelines, policies, procedures regarding your uniform fitting and purchase from Varsity Spirit Fashion

Uniform fitting DATE:

Be prepared, wear a TEE SHIRT, SPORTS BRA with COMPRESSION SHORTS, BRIEFS, or SPANX to the fitting.

You will be trying on clothing in a room full of people or sometimes outside.

Uniforms, warm-ups, campwear-practicewear are made using standard sizing patterns.

Uniforms, warm-ups, campwear-practicewear are NOT tailor made to individual measurements for fit.

For desired personal tailored fit, you are solely responsible for alterations from the standard sizes you select.

Team members should be instructed to consider growing room and weight changes as we are not responsible for garments that become outgrown for size and or length.

Team members will sign an individual order form, assuming full responsibility for garment sizes they select.

Uniforms, warm-ups, personalized campwear-practicewear cannot be exchanged for size or returned for a refund.

If you are unable to attend the fitting, complete an absentee measurement form and return to your advisor/coach prior to the fitting date. You will assume responsibility of alterations to garments, for sizes selected on your behalf.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cancellations or changes cannot be made to an order, once the order has been approved and entered into our production system for processing, manufacturing, and delivery of garments and accessories.

This order is considered a custom order - personalized, custom garments in team colors, school or team name, and mascot cannot be exchanged for size or returned for a refund.

The following items are considered custom and personalized and nonreturnable: made to order uniforms, lettered garments, personalized campwear, personalized practicewear, silk-screened items, dancewear, poms, custom-color megaphones, made to order hair accessories-bows, warm-ups, chenille lettering.

Exchanges for non-personalized, in-stock merchandise, is the sole responsibility of team member which may include return shipping charge/costs.

Non-personalized, In-stock merchandise cannot be exchanged if packaging has been torn, or if merchandise has been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered.

Shoes must be returned in stockable condition, with clean soles, in original unmarked shoe box and *shoe bag.
