Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares daily work activities, attends maintenance meeting and assigned personnel with their respective work assignment base on their ability considering the priority and criticality of work order.

• Participates in carry out troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, installation works, commissioning and start-up of all Instrumentation and Control equipment and accessories and ensures long-term remedial measures for optimization of equipment reliability and plant production.

• Maintains and troubleshoots Gas Turbine Generator (Nuovo Pignone) including its GE Mark V control system, Dresser-Rand/Alstom Export and Off Gas Compressors, and Siemens PLC for motor control.

• Carries out Work Orders generated in the Maximo 5.2 computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in Instrument discipline and ensures workflow priorities completion in timely manner.

• Performs calibration to displacer type level transmitter, flow transmitter, pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter: such as Fischer Rosemount, Masoneilan, Endress Hauser, Yokogawa, and ABB types.

• Performs calibration of field instrument to Fiscal metering station to ensure accuracy and reliability of equipment and prepare calibration report in each instrument for the records and reference.

• Interfaces with Production and other maintenance disciplines on the schedule of equipment repair with due consideration of equipment condition as well as status of operation and minimized downtime.

• Checks periodically all Instrumentation and Control equipments, tools and spare parts stock level and ensures availability to meet maintenance requirements and instruments optimum reliability.

• Maintains and troubleshoot different types of analyzers such as Gas Chromatograph, RVP, oxygen, PH and conductivity to ascertain precise measurements.

• Conducts preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in oil & gas wells satellites hydraulic system well head control panel (WHCP) (Benelli Ravena), instrument air compressor control system, motor-operated valves (MOV), interlocking system such as pressure and temperature transmitters & switches, and assisted operation in overall equipment line-up and re-commissioning of the wells.

• Performs calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, and level switches, including pressure safety valve (PSV) using bench calibrator, conduct pop test and valve seat leak test with respect with their set pressure, and ensures overall instrument functional integrity.

• Knowledgeable in interpreting electrical drawings, logic diagrams, ladder diagrams, pneumatic / hydraulic system drawings and Piping & Instrument drawing (P&ID).

• Hands-on experience in PLC and DCS controls, including electronic devices use in calibration such as Hart communicator, Beamex multifunction calibrator, Process multimeter, compact calibrator, pressure calibrator, thermo bath, smart field communicator, Yokogawa communicator and ABB communicator and other test equipments.

• Carries out calibration and troubleshooting on Pentane, Butane, and Methane Gas detectors, smoke detectors, heat detectors, Linear temperature detector (LTD), fire alarm systems, and ascertained functional accuracy in accordance with HSEQ and company safety policies.
