Letter of Intent to Sell for non-animal items

You must meet these requirements:
1. Sale items are required to be exhibited at the Wahkiakum County Fair in the appropriate division.
2. Attend a 2-hour Quality Assurance workshop (or equivalent training approved by the market sale committee) prior to the show date.
3. While the participant is at the fair, he/she will be required to participate in the following activities:
1. Perform youth building herdsmanship
2. Check in with the Sale Committee at the close of the sale to gather buyer information
3. Write a short biography on a 4” x 6” card to be place with your auction item(s); due with poster to Extension office.
4. Create an education poster, see due date to office on Wahkiakum 4-H Calendar
5. Write a thank-you note to your buyer and turn into the Extension office with an addressed, stamped envelope as soon as possible after the sale. A thank-you note must be received before your sale check is released.
