The Master Financial Plan will include three key elements:-- the ministry/general budget--debt retirement-- future facility upgrades and equipment replacement (partnering with Trustees).Coaching for the development of this plan can be provided by the District Superintendent.4.2aThe Finance CommitteeIn order to financially support the key elements of the Master Financial Plan- the Finance Committee will recommend to Church Council a five-year strategy which will include an annual stewardship emphasis related to the ministry budget and debt retirement as well as facility maintenance.
