Please accept my motorcycle for up to 5 months of storage between the period of October 15, 2021 and April 15, 2022.

Due to the limited space available during the normal season (April 1 - October 31) there will be a storage fee of $25 per day on

motorcycles not picked up by the ending date listed above. Minimum 5 day notice required when scheduling pick-up or delivery. If additional storage time is required beyond the 5-month winter storage period, please contact us immediately to avoid the $25 per day

fee. We will attempt to accommodate your needs at the in-season rate of $100 per month with PREPAYMENT, as space permits.

Any/all work performed during the storage period must be paid at the time of completion of the work. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to unpaid balances past 30 days from the date of completed work order/invoice. The owner of the above motorcycle must maintain full coverage insurance on the motorcycle during the storage period. It is agreed that the grant of storage space shall be accepted with the distinct understanding that St. Paul Harley-Davidson? shall not be liable to the owner for any damage whatsoever to the motorcycle, or its content, while storage unless St. Paul Harley-Davidson? is solely negligent for such cause of damage. The owner does hereby indemnify and holds St. Paul Harley-Davidson? from any and all liability, claims and demands for damage to the motorcycle or its contents outside of St. Paul Harley-Davidson? control. St. Paul Harley-Davidson? will return the vehicles in the same condition received and will not be responsible for non-storage related concerns or the runability or drivability of any motorcycle that was in storage with us.

WINTER STORAGE INCLUDES:

? Up to 5 months prepaid storage from the drop off date (winter storage ends for all vehicles on April 15, 2022) ? Climate controlled environment ? Clean, dry, heated and fully secured facility ? E-mail reminder in the Spring for vehicle pick-up scheduling when storage time frame is close to concluding Vehicle pickup and delivery is available for an additional fee.

Premium Winterization Service and Spring Road Ready Package Includes:

? 20+ point visual inspection and system check ? Fog cylinders ? Pressurize tires to prevent flat spots ? Test battery and charging system ? Provide future maintenance recommendations ? Re-set tire and suspension air pressure in the Spring ? Installation of license plate tabs (if customer supplied) ? Engine oil and filter change (use of synthetic oil is extra)
