We have no way to predict how long this pandemic will affect us. In an effort to ensure PPE is available to HCWs, we must conserve our supplies. These strategies include: use of N95 respirators beyond the manufacturer-designated shelf life, extended and limited re-use of PPE, the use of respirators that may not necessarily be NIOSH-approved, use of an FDA approved method of reprocessing respirators, and prioritizing use by activity type. 4/10/2020 ................
