TEACHER NOTES

This is an emergency lesson plan for those unexpected absences when you do not have time to create a sub plan. It can be extended to 2-3 days depending on the level and the additions you give.

You can vary this for the different levels that you teach by adding the following ideas.

Level 1 students – great as is.

Level 2 students can add an adjective (a red bike) to each noun and/or write a sentence using the verb they chose (he swims).

Level 3 students can write a detailed sentence for each picture (He swims with his friends.) and/or write synonyms/antonyms for each word.

Level 4 students can do any and all of the suggestions and/or create a story that narrates the ABC book.

***YOU CAN GRADE THESE HOWEVER YOU WOULD LIKE.
