Each day complete one of the spelling activities from the grid below for your weekly spelling words. On Friday, your parents/carers should test you – use the back of your jotter for this. Make sure you understand all your weekly spelling words too! 3.The recent spring break will be one to remember! Write a diary entry detailing some of the different things you have been getting up to at home during the last few weeks and how you have been feeling during this strange time.4. Investigate the book in your pack, ‘R.L. Stevenson’s Kidnapped.’ Look at both questions below and agree with a parent or carer, which of these questions you will complete this week(a) Read the rest of chapter one (up to page 11) In your jotter, draw a detailed picture of what you think the outside of the Shaw’s house looks like.(b) Read chapters three and four. In your jotter, write a descriptive diary entry from David’s perspective based on the first few days he was forced to work on the brig.Think about these questions: How did he feel? What jobs did he have to do? What was he worried about and why? How did he feel about his uncle at the time? Practise saying and writing your 2, 4 and 8x tables in your jotter. Available live at 9am every day (don’t worry if you miss the start, you can catch it throughout the day). Just log on to and search for “PE with Joe the body coach”. Web address: a daily walk or run. Count how many steps you take using your Fitbit, your phone or just count yourself. Record your time in your daily log in your jotter 3.Design a colourful poster with tips and activities others can use who are staying at home to help promote positive health and well being 4. Spanish: practise saying and writing the colours using this new Spanish song ?
