IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Stanford 10 Directions for Administering for SESAT 2, Primary 1, and Primary 2 suggest the students may use "markers" during the test as place markers while the test is being dictated. Stanford Markers may be purchased on this order form.

AACS students may use calculators for the Mathematics Problem Solving (grades 4-8) and Mathematics (grades 9-12) subtests of Stanford 10. Only simple calculators should be allowed during testing. Specific details are outlined in the Handbook for Test Coordinators included in the information packet.

When planning your order, please consider a possible increase in your enrollment. We suggest ordering 5 to 10% above your current needs.

The practice tests for grades 9-12 are the same as those for grade 8 for both Stanford 10 and OLSAT8. Therefore, if you wish to order practice tests for these grades, add the quantity to your grade 8 orders.

AACS test materials may be purchased in single copies as well as in packages of 10 or 30. PLEASE NOTE: Stanford 10 and OLSAT8 Directions for Administering and practice test Directions for Administering must be ordered separately. Prices for directions are listed on this order form.

At the Primary 3 level, AACS members may choose one of the following options:

1. One Complete Battery booklet that includes Science and Social Science, to be used in conjunction with a separate machine-scorable answer document. If you test OLSAT8 at grade 3, please keep in mind students will answer in the OLSAT8 Level D booklet, not in the answer document.

2. One machine-scorable Complete Battery booklet that includes Science and Social Science.

A PHYSICAL ADDRESS MUST BE PROVIDED. PEARSON WILL NOT SHIP TO A HOME OR PO BOX ADDRESS.

Individual schools will receive separate invoices for test materials and scoring services.

The Handbook for Test Coordinators illustrates the AACS Mandatory and optional score reports. The Special Programs Order for Scoring Services (SPOSS) Form is posted on the AACS website. Page 2 of the SPOSS will allow you to order additional services that are not part of the AACS scoring package.
