GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES

Board room rental is $250 plus tax per day rental. LA VISTA room rental is $350 plus tax per day rental. No deposit is required to book meeting space as charges are posted on day of meeting (s). Outside food and beverage is not permitted. Menu pricing is subject to change.

TAX & SERVICE CHARGE

All food, beverage and technology prices are subject to 6% PA sales tax & 18% service charge. Sales tax is subject to change.

GUARANTEES & CANCELLATION

In order to make your meeting a success, please confirm your guaranteed number of guests seven (7) business days prior to your event. The expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received.

Group may cancel up to seven (7) days prior to date of event without financial penalty. If group does not cancel within seven (7) days prior to date of event then meeting room and tax will be charged. Additional charges may apply. Signed BEO and Credit Card Authorization Form are required to secure meeting space. Contact Sales Department for more information.
