‘bites & brews’ features local food, live music

and craft libations—with a taste of vodka!

Richmond – Appease your inner foodie and history buff by spending an evening under the stars at the Fort Bend Museum’s next Bites and Brews event! Set for Saturday, October 10 from 6:30 to 10 p.m., this year’s Bites and Brews features popular local food vendors, craft beer and wine, live music and – new for 2015: vodka tastings!– all against the backdrop of the 1883 historic Moore Home.

“This year, Bites and Brews has a little extra pizazz,” said Director of Development Terri Norris. “We’re working to make it bigger and better than ever. It will definitely be an evening under the stars to remember!”

Live music will be provided by String Theory String Orchestra; featured local wineries and breweries for the event include Brahman Winery and Running Walker brewery, St. Arnold’s brewery, No Label Brewery and Deep Eddy Vodka. Confirmed food vendors include Joseph’s, Sandy McGee’s, Pier 36, The Swinging Door, S&S Steaks and Spirits, the George Ranch Historical Park, My New York Italian Kitchen and the Ol’ Railroad Café.

Advance tickets are on sale now and cost $30 per person or $50 per couple. Tickets at the door will be $35 per person or $60 per couple.
