EMPLOYEE LOOKUP

QUICK REFERENCE CARD The Employee Lookup tile allows you to search for state employees by name to find basic information about them such as their email address and phone number.

PROCESS 1. Under the Employee Self-Service section, click the Employee

Lookup tile. 2. In the search field, enter the employee's legal name you wish to

search for. To narrow your search results, enter the employee's legal first and last name.

Note: The search results will return a maximum of 300 employees. 3. The search results will show the following:

? Employee's name ? Work telephone number and work email address (if they have been entered in

SCEIS by the agency's Human Resources Department) ? Personnel Area (agency)

If you have difficulty using this procedure, contact the SCEIS help desk at 803-8960001 then select option #1. Note: SCEIS Central may appear differently than

above depending on the browser and device you are using.
