This checklist is for:

• Teachers with Students’ Progress measures assigned year-long and spring/second-semester (B) courses (i.e., courses with no A semester component).

• Appraisers of teachers with Students’ Progress measures assigned to spring/second-semester (B) courses

Note: This checklist does not apply to EVAAS, Comparative Growth or District-wide assessments as these measures are measures with centralized goals or goals calculated by the district.

Note: Teachers and appraisers do not submit this checklist; it is intended to assist them in carrying out the steps in the Students’ Progress process for measures assigned to spring/second-semester (B) courses.
