STEPS TO FOLLOW TO PUBLISH AN ARTICLE IN A SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL WITH REVISION COMITY.

The authors submit the manuscript to the person in charge of the publications in order to obtain the permission to publish.

The person in charge of the publications agrees with the authors on the choice of an internal reviewer. The internal reviewer may be a research scientist of MRD or from another organization. The internal review won’t be required if the paper is written by 3 research scientists or more.

The person in charge of the publications makes sure that the internal review is fast and appropriate.

The person in charge of the publications brings to the MRD Director’s attention the results, affirmations, conclusions that may have an impact on the scientific programs or the politics of the government.

The person in charge of the publications makes sure that the authors correctly identify their membership to the organization.

The authors can then submit the manuscript to the scientific journal and forward a copy (paper and electronic) of the manuscript to the person in charge of the publications for the paper and electronic boards.

The authors inform the person in charge of the publications of the final decision of the external review process. The MRD Director has the authority to obtain on demand a copy of the correspondence with the editor of the scientific journal.

When the publication is accepted in his final form by the editor, the authors have to give 10 copies of the manuscript to the person in charge at the administration for the library and 1 copy (paper and electronic) to the person in charge of the publications for the paper and electronic boards.

The person in charge of the publications keeps up to date the paper and electronic boards.
