NATIONAL EGG REVIEW Regional and California prices are 13 cents higher for Jumbo, 19 to 32 cents higher for Extra Large and Large, 3.5 to 12 cents higher for Medium and 12 cents higher for Small. New York egg prices are 4 cents higher on all sizes. The undertone is higher. Offerings are light to at times moderate. Demand ranges moderate to good, best where features are a factor. Supplies are light to mostly moderate. Market activity is moderate to active. Breaking stock offerings are light to instances moderate; demand is moderate to fairly good. Spent hen offerings slightly decline; processing schedules are normal to less than normal.
