Biographical of NTIS FACA Board Members7/26/2019 FACA Board Chairman: Mr. Ajit Gaddam currently leads a cybersecurity engineering team at VISA and has extensive background in information technology, data science and cybersecurity. Mr. Gaddam is a frequent speaker at various technology and cybersecurity events and has published multiple papers. Mr. Gaddam currently supports the Department of Commerce as a member of the NIST Big Data Security and Privacy sub-group. Mr. Gaddam also is an inventor with over 50 inventions in various technologies including artificial intelligence.Board Member: Mr. Aaron D Burciaga is a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton where he leads their Strategic Innovation Group. Mr. Burciaga has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and analytics. Mr. Burciaga is on the Board of Directors for the Military Operations Research Society and is the Vice-Chair of their Analytics Certificating Board. Mr. Burciaga has a Masters in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a bachelor’s from United States Naval Academy.Board Member: Ms. Claire L. Walsh is a Principal Consultant for Data and Analytics at Excella. Ms. Walsh has over 20 years of experience delivering modern analytics solutions and is a leading member of Excella Women in Tech organization. Ms. Walsh founded the Excella Data Innovation Lab and established the Washington D.C. based “meet up” with over 500 members to promote networking and learning opportunities. Ms. Walsh has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Board Member: Ms. Diana M. Zavala is the Director of the Analytics and Data Management delivery practice at DXC Technology, Enterprise Services, in the U.S. public sector. Ms. Zavala has over 30 years of business and technical experience including business transformation and digital government. Ms. Zavala is published with multiple papers and articles and is a member of the Partnership for Public Service. Ms. Zavala is also served as the industry chair for the Information Sharing Working Group for Life Events for the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). ................
