Dear Mr. Tomlinson:

Michael Baker has completed our review of Structures USA, LLC's shop drawings, Revision 4 dated 2/4/2019, for standard traffic signal support structures including mast and luminaire arms and mast arm, strain, and pedestal poles.

Michael Baker finds that the shop drawings conform to the following requirements: ? PennDOT Publication 148, Traffic Standards ? Signals (TC-8600 Series), dated December 2011 ? PennDOT Publication 149, Traffic Signal Design Handbook, dated May 2013 ? PennDOT Publication 408/2016, Highway Specifications (Change 5), dated October 5, 2018

Accordingly, we recommend listing Structures USA, LLC as an approved fabricator in Section 1104.02(a) of PennDOT Publication 35 - Approved Construction Materials (Bulletin 15) for the mast and luminaire arms and mast arm, strain, and pedestal poles in the attached shop drawings.
