If you do not meet the payment deadline, you will be dropped from all classes in which you have registered. CTC will accept tuition assistance (sponsor) agreements in lieu of payments at the time of registration, but students will be responsible for all amounts not covered by the sponsor agreement or if sponsoring agency does not remit payment in full. If you anticipate having a PELL grant, loan, or other financial aid, you must ensure that your aid awards cover your tuition balance. If you decide not to attend classes, you must officially drop your classes prior to the first day of the semester/term or you will be responsible for repaying financial aid monies applied to your account. *For students using VA educational benefits: For students using VA educational benefits, you must notify Veteran Services that you have enrolled in classes and want the classes to be certified for VA educational benefits. Go to the CTC website at ctcd.edu , click on Student Tools to log into your eForms account and submit the Veterans Enrollment Certificate-VEC eForm. Chapter 31 VA Voc-Rehab students and Post 9/11 Chapter 33 students will have payment vouchers issued to the Business Office. If Chapter 33 is not approved at 100%, the student is responsible for paying his/her percentage. ................
