How we select residents ? How you can apply ?

1) When you send the form, please attach small images (jpg) of your works which you wish to exhibit. If your work is not ready, just attach similar works which can be replaced later.

2) As soon as we received the application form and images and if no problem for health then we will approve the application so please pay the deposit as much as you can immediately by Paypal. Without payment, your application is not secured so you should contact us by email as soon as you send the form as we can wait for the payment and keep the studio for a few days.

1 artist’s slot space in the gallery is within 1 m (width) x 1,2 m (height) for 2D work and for 3D work the total size (width + height + length) must be within

60 cm. But a set of small 3D works can be exhibited together.

Single studio

620 GBP

What are including

• 14 nights accommodation (studio) in UK

• Electricity, cleaning bill.

• Free Wifi, for 24 hours while stay

• Exhibiting at EWAEE in London for one week.

• We carry all exhibits from the university to the gallery ( and bring back)

• All costs for the exhibition (hang, disply work, PR, party, etc)

Large double bed studio for a couple (including own kitchen)

850 GBP ( if the studio is available so please check before apply)

If you cannot pay in full, you can pay as much as you can as a deposit and then pay the balance later ( but the sooner the better).

Cancellation

You can cancel if you have good acceptable reasons and tell us by 30 December 2018, we will refund after deduct 20% cancellation fee.
