For stays Shorter than I week: Reservation confirmed upon receipt of full payment. No refund for reservations canceled less than 15 days of arrival. For stays from 1 week but less than 1 month Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $250.00 deposit per lot. You will be charged a penalty of $100 00 if you cancel at least 45 days before your arrival date. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 45 days before your arrival date. For stays from 1 month but less than 8 months Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $500.00 deposit per lot. You will be charged a penalty of $100.00 if you cancel at least 45 days before your arrival date. For reservations cancelled from 30 to 45 days before your arrival date, you will be charged a penalty of 250.00$. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 30 days before your arrival date. For stays of 8 and 12 months: Your reservation will be confirmed upon a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $1000 Change fee of $100 will apply to all reservation date changes for each occurrence.
